My stay was relaxing.
Pros:

The breakfast was great! The layout of the hotel I enjoyed. It was nice to open the door and see the courtyard. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like that only one elevator worked and It closed fast on you when entering. The phones did not work to call the front desk and there were no phone numbers.

The hotel was a good choice for location, amenities and helpful staff.
Pros:

The hotel was very convenient to Inova Loudoun Hospital where I was having outpatient surgery. Having a good breakfast each day at the hotel was convenient because we didn't have a car. My niece liked being able to enjoy a cocktail each evening and coffee was always available.

Cons:

Beds were a little to firm with little fours. They would benefit from a foam topper on the mattress for a more restful sleep.

There is an additional parking fee to stay at this hotel
Pros:

I did not stay at your hotel. I was going to make reservations for February. As I'm making my reservation, I saw that you have add on.
One of these add ons was for self parking. I did not know if this was for reserved parking or not.
I called your hotel directly and ask for information regarding this charge. I was told, this is the added charge to park my vehicle at your hotel overnight. I wanted to stay at the hotel so I can visit family in the area. I have never had to pay to park my vehicle at any hotel to stay overnight.... So having to pay a fee for staying at your hotel, and then I have to pay an additional fee to park my vehicle.. So I guess if I walk to your hotel and stay, I won't have to pay a parking fee.
What's wrong with this picture.
I'm sorry I think it's ridiculous to have to pay an additional fee to park my vehicle.
This hotel would have been my 1st choice, but with all that said...
You have lost my business.
I will stay elsewhere.
