Pros:

Kényelmes, tiszta szoba, bőséges finom reggeli.Nagyon kedves és készséges személyzet.Igazán hangulatos volt a hotel miden szeglete, az udvar is, szuper kilátással az óvárosra. Nagyon jó volt, hogy van saját, ingyenes parkoló.

Cons:

A szobában a vastag falak miat a wifi nem működött tökéletesen.

Nice but a tad generic
Pros:

Stayed 3 nights in a superior room on a walking holiday.

Room very nice but window set high so you couldn’t see out which was not ideal. Large bathroom area and comfortable big bed. Separate walking-in wardrobe.

Breakfast self service style and fine.

Pool generally quiet and relaxing.

Location though not as rural as we expected.

We were on a half board basis. The restaurant was very nice but the menu limited for half board. If you are staying longer than 2 nights it is restrictive.

As am aside Colle Val d’Elsa is not the most picturesque Tuscan village.

Sitio precioso y con mucho encanto perfecto para poder visitar los pueblos de la toscana.
Pros:

El desayuno estaba bien aunque me pareció que faltaba un poco de variedad.
El lugar donde está ubicado alejado del pueblo pero con posibilidad de ir andando. Sitio tranquilo, muy bonito decorado con luces y vegetación.

Cons:

No funcionó la calefacción, hacía buena temperatura unos 20 grados pero la habitación tenía mucha humedad y la sensación térmica era de frío.
Lo de la humedad puede ser un problema.

Nice place, customer service needs much improvement.
Pros:

Beautiful location, typical.

Cons:

The room descriptions are misleading. I booked a superior room. On booking the rooms have the exact same description, the only difference is the size. So I booked superior to have a more spacious room. On the first night hundreds of ants appear on top of our bed, so the hotel changed our room. They told us it was superior as well, but the room was significantly smaller than the first one. The bathroom was less than half the size. So I complained saying that this was a standard room and not a superior. They insisted it was superior, so I pointed out that their room descriptions are misleading. I asked for a discount. Upon checking out I discover that the discount is a €10 bottle of Chianti that they offered me. Must say that this was disappointing, the hotel and the restaurant were quite expensive, so this was not how I expected this situation to be managed. Room change at midnight because of ants to a room that is a downgrade, no partial refund, just a cheap (and frankly not good) bottle of wine. Customer service can definitely be improved.

Bellisima struttura assolutamente consigliata.
Pros:

Il relais e' bellissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio. Lo staff attento a qualsiasi esigenza del cliente. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la porta ed e' stata sistemata nell'arco di un'ora nonostante fosse festivo. Davvero eccezionali.
Colazione variegata e di qualita.

Cons:

Il risrorante e' da migliorare sia cucina che staff.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

La suite était très spacieuse et le lit très confortable. La salle de bain était lumineuse, bien aménagée et joliment décorée, avec une très grande douche. Le parking extérieur était également spacieux.

La vue était sublime, et le restaurant du soir excellent, avec un service très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était lui aussi excellent, et le personnel particulièrement réactif et attentionné.
