Geschmackvoll gestaltetes Anwesen in guter Lage. Sehr gutes Frühstück
Unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer 202 im ersten Stock, leicht modrig und nach Chemie. Ein gewünschter Zimmerwechsel war wegen voller Belegung nicht möglich.
An vielen Stellen im Hotel wird mit Raumduft gearbeitet.
Struttura pulita, spazi verdi curati, in generale si tratta di una struttura molto bella e ben mantenuta. Colazione varia ed abbondante con una selezione di prodotti freschi e locali. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante piatti molto buoni con ottima materia prima (squisiti i tagliolini al tartufo e la mousse di cioccolato).
Il Ristorante e il bar della piscina hanno dei prezzi leggermente cari.
De hele ambiance was geweldig, echt wat je verwacht in Toscane. Mooie schone kamer en lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Heerlijk zwembad op goeie temperatuur.
Het diner viel echt tegen, smakeloze gerechten, erg duur en heel jong onervaren personeel. Het personeel bij het ontbijt was top, jammer dat ze die lijn niet doortrekken naar het diner.

Colazione a buffet molto abbondante sia dolce che salata. Mancano solo le preparazioni di crêpes e omelette sul momento. Il resto c’è tutto e di qualità molto buona. Camera superior ampia e bagno grande. Ottima la cortesia di due bottiglie di acqua offerta nel frigo bar. Piscina ben pulita e con pavimento perfetto.
I prodotti da bagno mancanti di conditioner e crema corpo. Positivo che c’erano le ciabattine. Aria condizionata malfunzionante e molto rumorosa specialmente di notte. Scaletta in piscina scomoda per persone meno giovani e meno aitanti fisicamente

Explore Tuscany. Our room was perfectly fine for our two night stay.

Overall the experience was nice, the pool was amazing.
The bed was super uncomfortable, even when we turned off the air conditioning, it kept turning on again by itself.
The breakfast can be better compared to other hotels I have been in Italy
Hospitality of the staff, central location - great for making day trips to Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena and Florence.
No coffe machine in the room, carton cups in the bathroom, poor air conditioning.
The actual hotel is lovely and very clean. The bed in the room was huge and very comfortable. Being able to order drinks around the pool was also a plus.
The area isn’t what we expected, I would want somewhere in Tuscany where there is a bit to do around the hotel, the town is very quiet with not much going on. The pool area is very nice but next to a main road so there is the sound of cars and you can see electricity pilons. Somewhere with views.
