Below standard Hampton Inn

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It was not as clean as the standard is for almost all Hampton Inns. I’ve stayed in many before. The front desk check-in reception was apathetic.. The first room I was assigned was subpar, not very clean, stained carpet. It was one of the older not renovated rooms. I asked for a better room and was given a remodeled one promptly. Also, the hotel was very noisy with banging on the upper floors and I had to call and ask reception to assist with stopping the noise as it was nearing 9 PM.

Pros:

Staff were nice. Lots of free parking. Clean rooms.

Cons:

Load noise from nearby room. AC started to cool the room in the middle of the night. Noise from air compressor at the backside outside of the building.

Pros:

Clean and well lit in the parking lot. Staff was great! Very friendly and pleasant. Location was close to my destination and quiet. I loved their pet friendly grass area too. Breakfast was amazing! Way more than I expected- even though I read the reviews and all the pictures online.

Other than the breakfast, the rest was awful
Pros:

It’s was close to where we needed to be and they had an amazing breakfast

Cons:

Cleaning staff only cleans the obvious. I dropped something behind the tv and about threw up and how gross behind the tv stand was. Then I started looking behind and under things and it was awful. Front desk clerk at check in was sweating so bad he had sweat stains under his arm pits almost down to his waist. Not a great look for the one who greets guests!
