多少の難点はあるが　安いので許容範囲かと。
Pros:

ひどい渋滞地域から離れていて　まずまず便利なロケーション。専用駐車場が隣にあり便利。建物と設備は古いがきれいにメンテされている

シャワートイレが水圧で作動する(?)特殊なタイプで使い方がわかりにくい。使い方がわかれば　機能的には許容範囲。

松山市駅に近く移動に便利。受付の方々の対応は丁寧だった。コンビニが近くにあった。

Cons:

他のビジネスホテルに比べてバスタブが小さい。太めの方は入れないのでは？駅に近いのは良いが裏側のため食事処が少ない。Google Mapでは到達できず、電話をかけて場所を聞いた。

立地は街中で歩いて市駅、商店街まですぐで、飲屋街までも少し歩けば充分だと思います築年数を考えれば施設の感じはしょうがないかと　ただコスパは良いかなと感じます

Pros:

ロケーションが良かったです。

Cons:

汚い。棚など古い。
朝滞在している時に、清掃員の方がノックなしでいきなり部屋に入って来ました。びっくりしました。
