Dobrá lokalita pri železničnej stanici s dobrým spojením do mesta. Čisté útulne izby a vynikajuci vyber na raňajky.
I chose this hotel because its prices were very competitive compared with other hotels in Zaragoza during my visit to see the total solar eclipse. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the hotel was. The location is excellent, being just around the corner from Zaragoza Delicias railway station, which made it very easy to access. It is also situated close to a main road with frequent bus services to the city centre. Despite these excellent transport links, the hotel felt quiet and peaceful throughout my stay.
My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was invaluable during the 40°C heat. The service provided by the hotel staff was also excellent, and I always found them helpful and professional.
The buffet breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There was an impressive variety of food available, and I particularly enjoyed the local cakes and pastries on offer. Overall, I had a superb stay at Exe Plaza Delicias, thoroughly enjoyed my time there, and would happily stay again or choose another Exe hotel in the future.
There were a few minor issues during my stay. I received an email offering online check-out, but the link did not work, so I had to check out at reception instead. There was also some confusion on my departure day, as housekeeping entered the room at 11:00 despite Booking.com stating that check-out was available until 12:00.
On a couple of occasions, I returned from breakfast to find housekeeping requesting access to my room to scan a QR code, even when I had displayed the "Do Not Disturb" sign because I did not require cleaning. There was a slight language barrier at times, and I would have preferred a little more privacy regarding housekeeping procedures, although this may simply reflect different local practices.
The breakfast selection was excellent overall, but the quality of some of the hot items could have been better. It was also disappointing to see a considerable amount of food being discarded at the end of breakfast service.
El tamaño de las habitaciones
Czysty. Wygodny bo na przeciwko stacji kolejowej. Ogólnie wszystkie atrakcje w odległości do 3km więc można albo z buta iść albo autobusami
Perfecto para una noche. Ubicación y parking genial. Servicio amable y atento
Clean, comfortable and very close to the train station. Easy to catch a bus downtown.
Room was a little hot, but opening the window took care of that.
The hotel is in a quiet location next to a park but very convenient for the station and a walk or bus ride to the city centre. We liked being in a local residential area.
No complaints at all
