Awful, wouldn’t not recommend staying here
Pros:

Nothing it was very basic and there was a horrible dirty smell in the room

Cons:

Smoking fee scam
Pros:

I was scammed $250 dollars for a smoking fee. I never smoked in the room. This was confirmed by 2 hotel staff. I was still charged

Pros:

Littered with homeless people, drug addicts. We were greeted with policemen with guns drawn entering the hotel, if that gives you any indication of the safety of this hotel. Not to mention the loud freeway noise that cannot be drowned out. Stay elsewhere, closer to downtown Everett is safer.

Great lodging option in Everett
Pros:

Everything was great from check-in to checkout. Room with king bed and sofa was spacious. Bed and bedding were comfortable. The only minus was the traffic noise so be sure to request a room not facing the freeway if available.

Cons:

Traffic noise from I-5.

Great and convenient lodging option in the Everett area.
Pros:

Everything, from check-in to checkout. The entire stay was comfortable and I felt well taken care of.

Cons:

I just want to include two comments for consideration ...
1) consider installing grab bars in the shower/bathtub to improve safety
2) include option for dispensing a half portion of coffee at the coffee brewing machines in the dining area to minimize waste

Serves the purpose of a quick stay
Pros:

Location for travel with several restaurants with in walking distance. Pool and hot tub are a great combo.

Cons:

I'm really tired of the 2 year remodel and the neighborhood isn't the best.
