HOTEL PERFEITO

É a segunda vez que me hospedo no Up América Plaza, e a quarta vez na Rede Up. Todos os funcionários são muito solícitos, nos atendem muito bem e estão sempre à disposição para tudo. O hotel em si é muito amplo, organizado e limpo, ótima logística. O quarto também é amplo, limpo, chuveiro funcionando perfeitamente e banheiro com os itens indispensáveis, cama confortável. O hotel está localizado muito próximo de várias atrações, restaurantes e cafés. Dá para fazer muita coisa a pé, aproveitando para apreciar os prédios de Buenos Aires, porque cada esquina é um flash!! Continuarei me hospedando nessa unidade e recomendo a todos.

Cons:

Dejé mi cargador y cable en la habitación 804. Apenas mi di cuenta informe el hotel para que vaya a la habitación y guardármelo. Lamentablemente me information que no estába el cargador ni cable. Yo sé que el cargador estaba. Saludos

Muy comodo , excelente atencion y calidad de las habitaciones
Pros:

El desayuno muy completo, alimentos frescos y de calidad. La habitación excelente cómoda y muy funcional. Quizas el acceso al desayunador es complicado el subir por escaleras, ignoro si tiene acceso con rampa para discapacidad. DESTACO la atencion del encargado recepcionista, "Marco" creo el apellido es Guerrero ( no estoy segura), fue muy amable inmpecable la atencion que nos brindo, muy agradecidos con él.

Cons:

Podria haber sido mejor el acceso al desayunador.
