Es un hotel renovado, tiene muy cómodas instalaciones y a un paso del congreso.

Cons:

Me asignaron una habitación al lado del ascensor y la puerta del desayuno, lo que la hacía a la habitación muy ruidosa desde las 6 am de la mañana.

Me cambiaron de hotel un dia antes.

La atención del personal. Muy simpáticos y amables.

Cons:

Que me hayan cambiado un dia antes de hotel y que no fuera nada que ver al quebró habia reservado con dos meses casi de anticipación. Encima habia reservado con desayuno bufete y cuando fui a desayunar resulta que no estaba incluido en la tarifa. Desagradable situación porque por el precio reservaba algo mejor (que al principio estaba bien). La puerta del baño no cerraba, el frigobar no enfriaba y el secador de pelo ni aire caliente tiraba.

Property provided everything you need. It’s location or central to most things of interest.

Cons:

Property could use a facelift. It showed where in need of TLC.
My particular room had the floor Parque coming up and in some places, broken and lifting up.
Furniture is in need a replacement. No coffee maker, although coffee cups, and related flatware were provided.

Poca iluminación en la habitación una sola mesa de luz en la cama matrimonial el tv no funcionaba reclamamos y no lo solucionaron el estacionamiento esta al lado pero el que pertenece al hotel hay que bajar 4 rampas super angostas es mejor el parking enfrente

It’s the second time that I booked a room.The first time we had a great stay.This time ..No!!The room was really problematic.1.No internet connection 2.The walls were dirty!3.The sin was broken 4.Noisy ,next to the elevator!5.The floor also broken…So as you can assume I am not satisfied at all! I have to say that the receptionists just listen…and smile kindly!
