Overall okay, but could be better with a little more care & attention.
Pros:

The laid back feel, room size and comfortable bed were all good.

Cons:

Our corner room was quite noisy, the coffee machine was poor, we had a minor leak in the bathroom ceiling and certain surfaces ( window sills, cabinet tops and air con. grills were dusty)

Great apart from strange accounts process
Pros:

All round pretty good. Nice room. 5 O’Clock somewhere bar great. Good location for restaurants and trolley

Cons:

The accounts system is crazy. I had a block booking for 20 nights but they only charged part of it then cancelled that and charged a different amount! Difficult to know where I was. On check out I got a final statement but they charged a significantly higher amount. Finally got it refunded a few days later. I have traveled the world for many years both business and personal. Never had anything like this.

Overall great stay. Still pissed about the parking costs!
Pros:

I like the Margaritaville beach vibe. It was noticeable throughout the property. Super fun. The front staff upgraded us to a better suite when they found out it was our 31st Anniversary. They also decorated the room with signs, balloons, and rose petals on the bed. Really appreciated that.

Cons:

Parking price. $70 to stay for one night???? Ridiculous. It’s a hidden fee you don’t expect until you get there. Then it’s too late. I get parking is a premium, but that’s just robbery.

Pros:

Отличное месторасположение, в красивом старом районе, 10 минут пешком до места отправления ferry на остров Кортадо и Конференц центра, близко к автобусным остановкам (можно добраться до парка). И главное, великолепный интерьер, продуманный до мелочей. Много приятных и уютных уголков для отдыха. Вода доступна на 1-м этаже. Также можно позавтракать и провести веселый вечер в ресторане.

Great location with fun vibes!
Pros:

Great location, safe area to walk at night, everything you need pretty much on site or around the corner. I really loved that the cafe was open so early (6am) for early risers like myself. Pool was great.

Cons:

Someone’s food from the previous stay was left in our mini fridge and it had been unplugged. It began to smell a bit and then we threw it out. Other than that, everything was clean and well kept.
