We went with our family and I would say that the location is probably best suited for adults as there is a lot of noise and there was a fair amount of parties happening when we were there

All was great

Staff on the concierge were rude and at best very abrupt
We had a late night flight home and they did not have a shower to clean ourselves after being on the pool, they did offer us a room for a fee so we had shower in the swimming pool pool

A little bit higher the price

$75 per night parking. Dinner and service in the restaurant was not good. The pool was small and the pool bar service wasn’t great. The whole pool area just seemed shabby.

Quarto não tem frigobar, apenas um cooler. Ao solicitar frigobar (opção possível) não atenderam e tivemos que guardar e retirar medicação de criança na geladeira di front desk, funcionários sem paciência para atender e entender a necessidade da solicitação. Café da manhã com desconto, mas sobretaxam as demais cobranças, acaba saindo caro do mesmo jeito.

Die Rezeption war sehr schlecht besetzt. Sowohl beim Check-In und auch beim Check-out war nur eine Angestellte anwesend. Beim Check-out hat die Dame zusätzlich die ganze Zeit noch telefoniert und war nicht sonderlich nett und überfordert. Kontrolliert beim Check out sorgfältig die Endrechnung. Das Parken ist absolut überteuert. Nutzt die Parkhäuser in der Nähe. Das Frühstück im angrenzenden Restaurant war teuer und nicht so gut. Gegenüber gibt es ein Frühstückslokal mit günstigeren Preisen, allerdings haben wir es nicht getestet. Die Cocktails, von welchem das Hotel seinen Namen hat, waren nicht gut und sahen aus, wie billige Sirupcocktails. Die Reinigung im Bad war nicht perfekt. Einige dunkle Haare am Waschbecken und in der Badewanne.

We checked in at 4pm and headed for the rooftop pool and bar. The ratio was 11 children to 3 adults and most people didn't seem that interested in their children in a very small pool. Children under 14 were meant to be supervised, but we didn't see evidence of that. But this is to be expected in a large hotel with a small pool I guess. Note the photo I have of the pool was taken at 8am, the best time to go!!
Others have mentioned the noise from the pool being in the bedrooms, we could hear it but it didnt really impact our sleep, especially with the sleep/sound machine provided if needed, what we did find was that any noise from the hallways could be heard loud and clear.
The lifts were incredibly slow and with only one set of stairs on the other side of the building, they weren't really convenient.

Don't think there was a breakfast option besides the restaurants inside, a nice grab and go or buffet style option would be the cherry on top for this property.

The limited seating at the pool is an inconvenience, too many restrictions on use of cabana's, etc. All the tables had reserved signs on them. For the number of guest rooms, you need to provide easier access to the pool area. Pool also closed very early.
