Everything, beautiful hotel

My stay at the Margaritaville Gaslamp was a mixed experience. On one hand, the hotels is modern, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the facilities are quite nice, and the bed is comfortable. On the other hand, I had a leaky tub facet that never got fixed even after requesting maintenance, cold to lukewarm morning showers due to not enough hot water, and a bottle of water in the room is $10! Finally, the breakfast at the restaurant was a small portion of sub-par food at a high price.

Mary made our visit genuinely great. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She checked in at all the right moments without ever hovering, made great recommendations, and handled everything with a calm, friendly confidence that made the experience feel easy and welcoming. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and takes pride in what she does. Service like that makes a place worth coming back to—Mary absolutely elevated the whole visit.

This is regarding the bar and Sa who’s their amazing bartender. Outstanding service. From the moment you sit down, he makes you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. His attention to detail behind the bar is top-tier—drinks are crafted perfectly, service is timely, and nothing feels rushed or overlooked. What really sets him apart is his personality: approachable, personable, and attentive in a way that makes you feel valued, not just served. He strikes the rare balance of being highly professional while creating a comfortable, enjoyable experience. Easily one of the best bartenders you’ll come across.

Keira and Sydney were fantastic to us! Great visit! The food was fresh and the service was fast and friendly. Would recommend.

The hotel was super convenient; located near a wide variety of business…especially the venue.

This is my second time coming here and I finally had to leave a review. I typically don’t leave reviews but when the experience and the atmosphere is Amazing, it would be criminal not to leave one.
They even had live music, which is the best selling point for me!

Siyorush was a fantastic bar tender! Top notch drinks and great live music! We will be back again for another great night out.

Siyovush needs a raise! He made our experience a great one! Drinks good, foods good, service was even better! Why is he buffer than me? Why is he nicer than me? On second thought, he should own this hotel. Call me a liar.

Restaurant week menu was delicious. Had the chimichurri steak, empanadas and the tres leches cake with cherries and strawberries. Raleigh, our server, was fantastic. Timed our food so it was good and hot when we were ready for it. Overall great experience.

Kamal, the parking/valet guy was such a joy. He greeted us with big smile and positive attitude. Every time I come out to take my dog for potty, he's out there greeting everyone cheerfully. The room was clean and it smells fresh. The whole hotel was spacious and clean.

Daimen and Rae were great. They took great care of us. Friendly and professional. They made sure we had everything we needed.

We had a lovely experience at the rooftop bar and it was all thanks to Damien! He was personable, interactive, attentive and respectful! I will come back any time due to his kindness!

This hotel is beautiful . Bright and colourful with spacious bedrooms. The hotel staff are lovely . Ana on reception had to deal with an exhausted guest ( me) she did this with patience and kindness … just what I needed on arrival . Thank you Ana 🌺🌸Eve
