Schönes Wochenende in Hamburg
Pros:

Alles war so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Check In und check out erfolgten schnell und reibungslos. In der Seitenstrasse neben dem Hotel war kostenfreie parken möglich.
Die Zimmer waren schön und geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem.

Direkt vor dem Hotel hält ein Bus der in die Innenstadt fährt.

Cons:

Das Wasser auf dem Zimmer war nicht kostenlos. Das kenne ich anders :-( Ansonsten hat wirklich alles sehr gut gepasst und wir hatten keine Beanstandungen.

Just bleh. Did the job but wouldn’t return.

Very expensive breakfast and absolutely no atmosphere in the bar
Bottle water €4 in room - no water otherwise provided
Sauna not managed at all. Couldn’t contact to book massage. No Bathrobes or large towels. One had to ‘purchase’ for €5 with a €75 refundable deposit. Never seen that before.
No body cream etc. in the bedroom which was a ‘superior room’ apparently which we thought very basic for a 4 star plus. One face cloth for a couple? And no slippers or robes etc
Horrible location - in middle of an industrial site. Very unflattering
I know I was in Germany but the receptionist that dealt with us had zero English and very poor communication

Rent og fint, verste housekeeping
Pros:

Rent fint hotell, vi reiste med barn. Fine rom med stort bad.

Cons:

Værste housekeeping vi noensinne har opplevd, raste inn på rommet kjempe tidlig hver morgen. Til og med den dagen vi skulle sjekke ut, helt håpløst. Veldig forstyrrende

Everything. Excellent two-night stay. The hotel was spotless and beautifully designed, with a modern and stylish feel throughout. Friendly staff, comfortable room, and a great location. Highly recommended!

Overall, I had a positive experience and also really enjoyed the food at the hotel. Everything was generally good and me
Pros:

Cleanliness is very important to me, and this hotel was excellent in that regard. Everything was spotless and well-organized.
The hotel was also modern and well-equipped in terms of technology and facilities. The design, colors, and overall atmosphere were very calming and pleasant.
The heating system worked perfectly. Unlike many hotels where you may feel cold, this one had a very comfortable temperature thanks to the radiator system.
Overall, the cleanliness, organization, and peaceful environment were truly impressive.

Cons:

The location was not ideal, and I didn’t feel very safe in the surrounding area.
However, one positive point was that there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making access to public transportation very easy.
Also, the hotel did not provide slippers, and surprisingly, they charged about $2.5 for them. This felt unusual, as in many hotels slippers are either free or not provided at all.

Pros:

Großes sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Überragendes Frühstück und freundliches personal. Angebundenes Parkhaus auch sehr gut!

Cons:

Kein gratis Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Eine Flasche stilles Wasser gratis sollte schon drin sein.

Tolles Hotel, an sich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber das Hotel versucht auf andere Wege, sich Geld wieder reinzu

Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels größer und komfortabler. Obwohl ich das Gefühl hatte, dass das Hotel nicht ausgebucht ist, wurden wir im sechsten Stock untergebracht und hatten somit eine gigantische Aussicht. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Was gar nicht ging, war, dass man für das Leihen eines Sauna Bademantels sowie Sauna Handtücher5€ bezahlen musste sowie einen Pfand von 75 €. Das ist in jedem anderen Hotel inklusive und hier einfach Geldmacherei. Zudem wurde man darüber, dass man diese nicht for free im Barbereich bekommt, erst informiert, als man sich bereits im Sparbereich befand, so dass man dann noch mal zur Rezeption drei Stockwerke tiefer fahren musste, um sich auszustatten. Dies ist eine sehr unglückliche Kombination.
Unglaublich teuer ist es außerdem auf dem Hotel eigenen Parkplatz zu parken.
Die Lage ist natürlich auch nicht besonders gut.
