Pros:

Not super quiet -there was music playing much of the night at least the night I was there, but I was still able to sleep well. Nice place, great staff, clean.

Could not recommend enough! So cute, modern and trendy but super comfortable. The bar was very reasonably priced and the complementary breakfast was AMAZING. Only hotel I’ll be staying at in San Diego going forward.

The rooms are clean and the hotel has an amazing smell with the air fresher they use "Santel 33" and there are several place to set and just have a nice converstation.

From entering service was confusing and lacking. There was no space for unloading and ballet was over full. When re-entering valet I circled the walk for 20 minutes because there was no parking keys and there was no attendance outside. Little to know, amenities and service with few and far between.

Complementary breakfast was confusing with little explanation and room had little to no amenities window curtains would not open. Overall the experience was very confusing and somewhat disorganized leading to stress and confusion.

The hotel is lovely, with an amazing staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The only downside is the restaurant/bar. It’s extremely slow. Even the coffe and the matcha were bad, the croissant was cold, The food in general didn’t match the hotel’s hight quality. However, there are many good restaurants nearby.

Pros:

Overall, I really liked this hotel. I would definitely stay again. However, it was unfortunate that during my stay neither of the blinds would close so I had to sleep with them open as I had called front desk to get that sorted but no one came.
