We had a nice, short getaway.
Pros:

Ease from Hotel to Blue Mountain, free breakfast and fitness center was clean and empty, refrigerator and microwave in room

Cons:

Breakfast could have been longer, one queen bed was a bit squeaky, traffic outside was very loud, maybe offer a sound machine in room

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and our room appeared to have been recently redone. The bed was comfortable and the room was large.

Cons:

The facility uses direct TV. It was constantly going out so that we could not really view anything. The screen became fuzzy or completely blank.
