Awesome
Pros:

Not far from the Haram, the staff, he was very friendly
And they would like to thank the manager of the hotel, which he invite me for a free breakfast, but I couldn’t attend because I was so tired it was a positive and a good step from him

A comfortable stay in Mecca
Pros:

The location in Mecca was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable throughout our 4-night stay. Special thanks to Amin from room service, who was attentive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Mr. Mohamed Barakat was also incredibly helpful and made our stay much more pleasant with his hospitality.

فندق غير مناسب وخاصة للعوائل خدماته ضعيفة

لم يعجبني شيء
مكان الفندق غير مناسب

Cons:

الطاقم الإداري استجابته بطيئة جدا وأحيانا لا يتم الرد على الاتصال
موقع الفندق سيء على قارعة طريق سريع لا يناسب العوائل مطلقا
بعده عن الحرم المكي بسبب الجسور وتعرجات الطريق
معظم النزلاء من جنسيات غير عربية لذلك تجد بعض السلوكيات الخاطئة مثل التدخين على باب الفندق
يوجد في الفندق مطعمان الأول خاصة بشركة معينة وهذا مخصص لنزلاء معينين وأما المطعم الثاني لنزلاء الفندق ولكنةليس ضمن بكج الحجز وسعره مرتفع جدا
غرفة صغيرة جدا ودورات المياه كذلك صغيرة جدا في الغرف
لا يوجد في الفندق استراحة خاصة بالنزلاء
لا يوجد مقهى في الفندق مفتوح على مدار الساعة

I had a great stay at Hibatullah Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and everything was well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I especially want to thank Ahmed Al Ali for his outstanding customer service. He was professional and his hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

A very good hotel
Pros:

It was do clean and Abdallah ,the room service guy was so good to us. And the receptionist Mohra and Marwah were excellent
