I recommend it for the value.
Pros:

It is great value for cost. Location is walking distance from Al Haram. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped with calling a taxi at check out.

Pros:

Everything was very good and Cleaning Staff specially Kauser was very supportive .

The lady at reception was expert in her work and check-in/checkout took only 1 min.

Cons:

there is a mountain hike of 2-3 min toward haram when you are walking

iftar yemeği iyiydi fakat pahalıydı 60 riyal ama çeşit ve lezzeti fena değildi. oda temizliğini yapan zakir her gün temizlik yaptı işini iyi yapıyordu oda temizliğini sevdim. konumu hemen anjum otelin arkasında fena değildi yürüme mescide rahatlıkla gidiyorduk ama yaşlılar için çok tercih değil bence. hafif bir yokuşu var ve cadde üzeri araç trafiği fazlaca var.

Cons:

odamızda cam var ama öyle dışarı bakmıyor boşluğa bakıyor kuşlar vardı kötü koku vardı oda rezaletti. konumu için ve zaten sürekli mescitte olduğumuz için çokta önemsemedik.

Overall great experience, I would definitely book with hibbatullah hotel on my next trip.
Pros:

Hibbatullah hotel is amazing, great location, staff is very courteous and helpful especially Zayd Hussein, he exceeded our expectations all request were fullfield in a timely manner.
The location is great only 10min walk to haram.

Pros:

Check-in was very quick and smooth. The reception staff were very welcoming and professional. Room service was excellent, especially Mr. Nurul Amin, who was very helpful and provided great service. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Cons:

There is a slight incline on the way to and from the Haram, which may be difficult for elderly people.
