Great location on beautiful harbor
Clean and friendly staff
The Hampton spots in the garage filled up forcing guests two levels down into the public garage without elevator access to the hotel.
Near the water and walkable

The staff were very sweet and accommodating. My husband had an allergic reaction to lavender , we had visited a lavender field. I asked if they would clean the room bc he woke up with his eyes swollen. They jumped right on it. They sent texts asking if we needed anything. That was very helpful! This is the second time staying at this property and we love it.

Beautiful! It’s close to the ferry and many good places for food.
The bed was a cement pad and there was a lot of noise from every direction. No sound proofing!
Location was outstanding right along the waterfront! The staff was welcoming and super helpful. The hotel smelled fresh and clean and the room was excellent.
Waterfront room with view is worth additional cost. It was nice and spacious.
Windows do not keep the outside sound out, can hear people talking below on the plaza and also the squawking seagulls early in the morning.

Very convenient location, centered right at the ferry terminal and within walking distance to great restaurants.
The bathroom was not as clean as I would like, especially for the price of the room for one night.
