The staff are friendly and helpful

It was OK. Location is great given the bus stop right outside the front door. However, room was small. No amenities like coffee pot, iron, etc. Breakfasts were at best average. Hot food was not hot. Selection was OK. Overall OK and fairly reasonable for the cost

This hotel has to be a joke! From the minute I got there to what transpired after I left, their service was ridiculous.

They’re barely helpful! I left my driver’s licence in my hotel room. The next day, I was messaged—using the company’s own account—that I had left it behind. But when I called to retrieve it, the receptionist flat-out told me there was no record of any licence being found.

I called multiple times after that and got the same answer. So who exactly contacted me from the company’s account in the first place? And what happened to my licence after they acknowledged it?

Terrible service… really terrible service.

😔 😔 😔 😔. its the ever bad stay in this hotel. First I have ordered two neighborhoods rooms and they gave me very far separate rooms. What make me surprised 😮 😲 surprised 😮 how the front desk is rude and they are very tricky. When I tried to check out my child have a diarrhea and we get one hour and half after 11 am check out time inspite i make check out for the one of the two rooms that I reserved. 🔥 when i am about to left the desk girl was very very rudely asked me for 25 euro as a fine for staying extra 1 hour and half after departure and when i aruged with her she give up but after i feel so annoyed she was so unpolite and rude with us. 🔥
Inspite i told her you didn't tell me in advance that there is 25 euro fine for 1 hours and half after 11 am. I have never heard about such fine in all hotel

Odličan hotel u centru. Drugi put smo ovde. Dobra polazna tačka za posetu Veneciji.

很好，酒店感觉很比较时尚，停车方便，位置很好，马路对面就是去威尼斯的大巴。

La posizione è comoda grazie alla fermata della circolare che è proprio davanti all’hotel, utile per chi si reca nel centro di Venezia.

Мястото е с прекрасна локация. Пред хотела спира автобуса пътуващ до Венеция, както и за центъра на града. Има паркинги в близост

Amplasarea

The underground parking is a bonus especially for motorcycles as it is secured and staffed. The location is ideal with the bus stop right out front. You have to walk a bit to get to the better restaurants but there is a coffee shop next door. The room was comfortable with excellant bedding and pillows. There were plenty of outlets for charging electronics. The reception staff were really cool, helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of options.

Location, clean. Spacious room.
You can leave your langguage after check out for free in a storage room right next to the reception. They also have like a wainting rom with couches and bathroom at the first floor. You have a market PAM just downstairs and Interspar just accross the street.

Good location and room was good!

Good location, spacious room and clean. Housekeeping are excellent, reception is alittle slow and will allow people to skip queues etc so be mindful of that. There's lots it shops outside from souvineers to snacks and food and the bus yo Venice is super handy. Parking available outside the hotel is very handy too. We were on floor 6 and didn't experience any noise despite being road side.
