I'm sorry to say that I won't be going back there
Pros:

Great location—in my opinion, you couldn't ask for a better one—with excellent dining options nearby and close to the airport and Nashville

Cons:

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times—admittedly on business—practically since it first opened, and I’ve always been satisfied, which is why I chose it for a special anniversary trip with my partner. However, the condition of the rooms I found there really saddened me; it looks as though they’ve stopped investing in it and it might soon close down. I was very sorry to see this, because I’ve always been happy to return

I have nothing to say only that the manager Shelby is horrible

Horrible experience with staff at reception especially manager Shelby I had a problem with my reservation and I needed to get the invoice from the reception and manager Shelby was extremely rude and unhelpful . Horrible experience do not get in this hotel

My first time staying there was 16 years ago. The breakfast area is showing where on the chairs, somewhere rickety, breakfast was somewhat sparse.

Awesome stay as always.
Pros:

Staff at the front desk are amazing. Sooo friendly and actually remember us and we only visit 2 times a year.

Cons:

Everything was fine! Room was clean, spacious and they even send you a text to see how everything is going. Also, the front desk offers you water, soda and cookies.

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

I stay here every Thanksgiving. Rooms are really nice and clean. Very quiet.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the room doors slam shut. So that can be really loud.
