Pros:

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Sol metro station which is super handy. Even though the area was crowded with tourists, we still consider it very safe.

Cons:

There were multiple visible dirt spots on one of the towels, and hair that wasn’t belong to us on the bed sheet.

The street sound can leak into the room with windows and blinds closed.

La vista, nos tico una habitación con una ventana qye miraba al cielo, en booking decía que la habitación tenía vistas a la ciudad lo cual fue mentira en recepción me dijeron que para tener mejores vistas tenía que elegir una habitación de mayor valor, lo cual al momento de reservar decía lo contrario

Excellent stay, clean and friendly place
Pros:

The hotel is located directly off Sol, so you are in the center of everything. The towels were fluffy and soft and the bedding was very comfortable. The room was a decent size, and they use sustainability practices. For me the breakfast was excellent. As someone gluten intolerant they were so accommodating and in addition to having plenty of naturally gluten free breakfast items they also provided me with gluten free muffins, bread, etc.

Cons:

It didn’t bother us much but with the windows open it can get pretty loud (you are directly off the main square so naturally you can hear it) and the AC wasn’t on yet so we used the windows to cool the room at night.
