מיקום הכי טוב שיש
צוות מקסים
ארוחת הבוקר עשירה וטובה- כל מה שצריך כדי להתחיל את היום. אפשר לבחור כל בוקר אם לקחת אותה.
שירות ניקיון לחדר כל בוקר מאוד מנעים את השהייה במקרה שמתארחים הרבה ימים.

Cons:

הכל נהדר. לחץ המים במקלחת מעט חלש, אבל לא משהו קריטי.

Great hotel for exploring Madrid - highly recommended!
Pros:

Location was very good, just a short walk to Sol station. It is very convenient to explore around on foot or by metro.

It’s a busy street but noise was not too bad except for the regular police patrol sirens (this seems common across the area).

Room was clean and staff were ok. 2 complimentary water bottles were provided in our 4N stay.

Cons:

Not big issues but would have scored 10 if not for these:
- Aircon is quite noisy if turned up high.
- Toilet’s towel rack was placed directly above the toilet bowl - not the best place to be. Can provide some hooks to put bath towels.

Muy buena.
Pros:

Limpieza, comodidad y ubicación

Cons:

La gente de limpieza hacía ruido en los pasillos desde muy temprano. Mala acústica o falta de cuidado de los huéspedes ( al horario de 7.30 am u 8 am comenzaba el ruido y las conversaciones en voz alta.
