Hospedagem perfeita
Pros:

Excelente hospedagem para famílias. Fiquei com minha esposa e dois filhos adolescentes, e reservamos outro quarto para meus pais idosos. O café da manhã é muito bom e bastante variado, atendendo bem a todos os gostos. A localização é perfeita, muito próxima dos principais pontos turísticos, com acesso fácil a tudo, inclusive ponto de táxi e a estação de metrô Sol a poucos passos. As acomodações são confortáveis, modernas e bem cuidadas, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais agradável. Com certeza voltaríamos.

Gostamos da localização perfeita, fizemos tudo a pé e o que precisamos, usamos o metro Sol, muito perto do hotel. Apesar de estar no coração da cidade, é silencioso. O quarto era grande e muito confortável. Tínhamos uma varanda também que só não usamos mais porque estava muito frio.

Cons:

O único detalhe negativo era o cheiro de esgoto dque vinha do ralo do banheiro. Percebíamos que a equipe de limpeza se esforçava para deixar o quarto e o banheiro cheirosos, mas bastava usarmos o banheiro uma única vez e o cheiro já começava mais forte. Eu acredito que seja possível resolver e é nossa sugestão. De qualquer maneira, voltaríamos a nos hospedar neste hotel.

A lovely place to return to after exploring the city on foot! Perfect location, wonderful staff and a very comfortable room..... with a window you could actually open to get fresh air..... otherwise it would have been a bit too hot for us..... it was January and cold outside - so the heating was on.

Cons:

We managed to get some proper ceramic mugs from downstairs for our room as the small disposable cups provided in the room weren't really up to it. I do not like using disposable cups. Normal milk would be a nice touch for those of us who like a proper cup of tea.
