Excepcional!
Pros:

Nos encantó el hotel! ¡Extremadamente limpio y comodo! Nos ofrecieron un upgrade de la habitación por $20 y lo aprevechamos. Nada de ruidos y muy acogedora la atmosfera tanto en la habitacion como en el hotel. De hecho, ya mi esposo y yo los fijamos como uno de nuestros favoritos en West Palm Beach.

Cons:

Todo nos gustó. No vimos nada negativo!

Cons:

Paying for parking when not downtown. Gouging
My room was not cleaned the second day. The cleaner came and I said come back in 5 minutes but she never returned. I told the front desk and it was taken care of

Cons:

The unexpected cost ($100 for accident charges)that wasn’t explained when I arrived, and the charge for parking. That money was deducted from my vacation enjoyment. I have to wait 5-7 business days before it would be refunded. And it won’t be the full amount due to parking. This wasn’t communicated.
