The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms just need some updating.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and quiet. Pool was very nice.

Overall all customer service was great. The bathroom had lots of mold on the ceiling as well as water damage in the corner of the room adjoin to the bathroom. Years in the carpet and lather torn chairs at desk. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn scores and one of my favorite hotels. This stay was a little disappointing 3rd floor room 314

I loved the fact that they had options for breakfast and it did not disappoint!!!! The fact that my family and I do not eat pork and they had turkey options for us was great, not many hotels accommodate those who don’t eat pork! Loved the friendliness of the lady that was on her job with keeping everything filled and warm, she did an amazing job with the breakfast!!!!!

The hotel was super
clean and the staff was friendly, but the elevator didn’t work and I was on the 3rd floor. Using all of those stairs was super inconvenient for me with me having an autistic toddler. Other than that, the room was great.

Love this property. They are always nice, helpful, and accommodating. I stayed at all others in magnolia, but this one is the best. I tried to book early, so I wouldn’t be stuck staying elsewhere. Best one in Magnolia, AK.

Very Clean and Very comfortable. We just had a quick stay but everything was great!

We stayed here overnight for a wedding in the area and had a great experience.

We were able to check in early and were given a two-queen suite. The front desk attendant, Autumn, was super kind and chatted with us about the hotel and the area, which added a personal touch.

The hotel felt very clean and well maintained. As IHG Platinum Elite members, we were offered both a drink and a snack at check-in, which was a nice surprise compared to what we usually receive.

Our room was on the first floor and felt spotless, with the only flaw being some minor fraying on the desk chair. The bathroom was clean, water pressure and temperature were solid, and the beds were really comfortable—we got a good night’s sleep.

Breakfast was listed to start at 6 a.m., but a sign said closer to 7. We didn’t need it, but that might matter to someone planning to grab food early. The pool looked clean, though we didn’t use it, and there’s a patio with a fire pit out back that made for a nice place to hang out.

The area felt safe and had plenty of food and shopping nearby. Overall, our overnight stay was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the interaction with Autumn made it even better.

Stayed here multiple times and was aware that they charge a $10 holding fee. This past weekend, after checking in I was let know about the $10 fee. When I checked my account later that evening, I noticed a $170 charge instead of a $10 charge. My rooms was already booked online, so there was no need to charge me. I let the front desk know, and it was suppose to be taken care of. I’ve called the location all morning and haven’t been able to talk to anyone. This past weekend was probably my last time staying at that hotel!
