The room itself was good, and the breakfast was delicious. However, there were several negative points that I would like to mention
During our three-week cycling trip from Basel to Brussels, this was unfortunately one of our worst hotel experiences, second only to another hotel in Mainz.
After a long day of cycling, we arrived at the hotel exhausted and asked where we could park our bicycles. Unfortunately, we were given incorrect directions several times. We first went to the location we were told, but the garage door was closed and nobody came to open it. When we returned to the reception, we were told that this was the wrong entrance and that the garage was around the corner. We went there, but that was also incorrect. After returning to the hotel once again, the receptionist finally confirmed that the first entrance had actually been the correct one and opened the garage for us. It turned out that the door simply hadn't been opened the first time.
This may not seem like a major issue, but after cycling long distances all day, having to go back and forth several times with loaded bicycles was very frustrating and exhausting.
In addition, the shampoo dispenser in our room was completely empty, which was surprising because it suggests the room had not been properly checked before our arrival. There was also no hand towel in the bathroom.
Overall, the room and breakfast were good, but these avoidable issues had a negative impact on our stay.
Also they would charge you for the bicycle storage each bikes 5 euro per night which was also the only hotel in our whole trip which charged us for the bikes also they charged us with wrong city task at first place however once we asked for the receipt the reception told she made the mistake in the calculation and just made proper adjustments.

Wij zijn hier niet verbleven omdat er werd aangegeven dat er parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel zou zijn. Voor aankomst hierover gebeld en bleek dat het ging om een nabij gelegen q park. Dit kwam niet overeen met hoe het beschreven stond in de advertentie en om die reden besloten om niet te blijven.
Ondanks dat ik telefonisch vooraf het verblijf hebt gecanceld waren er no show kosten in rekening gebracht. Het hotel heeft totaal niet mee gedacht met mijn situatie. Ondanks de meerdere telefoontjes en mailtjes naar zowel Booking als het hotel zelf. De kosten zijn alsnog in rekening gebracht.
Localização e o conforto da cama
O ralo do chuveiro estava com dificuldade de drenagem da água, estava no verão, o meu quarto era sol da tarde e o hotel não tem ar condicionado, apenas refrigeração. O quarto ficava uma estufa. Pedi um ventilador para ajudar.
Porém com o anoitecer, que acontecia as 22:00hs, a temperatura melhorava.
