Cons:

Die Putzkräfte haben jedes Mal, wenn sie die Karte, die man erhält, wenn man die Reinigung auslässt, geklingelt. Habe dann jedes Mal die Tür geöffnet und niemanden stand dort, es lag nur die Karte dort. Ich empfand dies sehr störend, insbesondere da ich das Schild mit "Bitte nicht stören" draußen an der Tür hängen hatte.

Ich würde es nicht mehr buchen für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisse nicht gerechtfertigt
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist denn 38,- gerechtfertigt sehr viel Auswahl und frisches Obst.
Warmes Frühstück wird mit Show Cooking auch geboten ...super

Cons:

Für ein 5***** Hotel sind die Zimmer teilweiße schon sehr runtergekommen ( Steckdosen sind locker ,im Bad nur eine Steckdose und wenn man Duschen ist schwimmt hernach im Zimmer der Teppichboden)
Noch dazu ist es wegen der zentralen Lage sehr laut.

Friendly staff; excellent location; comfortable room.
Pros:

Location so close to the train station was excellent. Easy to get anywhere we wanted.
Staff was very helpful and kind. Made dinner reservations for us at a great local restaurant.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt auf unsere Bitte hin früher ins Zimmer zu können da wir auf ein Konzert am Abend wollten hatten wir das Glück Eines in der selben Preiskategorie die wir bestellt hatten zu bekommen. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichliche Auswahl und sehr netter und herzlicher Service .
