Cons:

Sehr geehrtes Marriott-Team,
ich habe kürzlich im Le Méridien Stuttgart übernachtet und möchte Ihnen mein Feedback zu meinem Aufenthalt geben. Leider entsprach das Erlebnis in mehreren Punkten nicht den Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel.
Folgende Punkte möchte ich sachlich aufführen:
Zimmer & Zustand:
Die Duschwände waren bei Dampf deutlich fleckig sichtbar. Zudem war der Fenstergriff im Zimmer selbst locker.(Manschette gelöst in Zimmer 208
Service:
Es gab keinen Turn-Down-Service. Das Gepäck wurde mir weder bei der Ankunft abgenommen noch aufs Zimmer gebracht, sondern musste von mir selbst transportiert werden.
Technik:
Der Fernseher war so fest verbaut, dass die HDMI-Buchse nicht zugänglich war und ein Anschluss eines Fire TV Sticks nicht möglich war.
Spa-Bereich:
Sämtliche Liegen waren mit Handtüchern reserviert, ohne dass diese tatsächlich genutzt wurden. Eine aktive Kontrolle durch das Personal fand offenbar nicht statt, sodass der Spa-Bereich für uns praktisch nicht nutzbar war.
Frühstücksorganisation:
Aufgrund der hohen Auslastung wurde uns ein Platz im Foyer empfohlen. Dies war für uns grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings fand dort kein Service statt.
Benutzte Teller und Gläser stapelten sich auf dem Tisch, Salz und Pfeffer waren nicht vorhanden und mussten von uns von anderen Tischen im Innenbereich organisiert werden.
Ich habe Verständnis dafür, dass es in einem gut ausgelasteten Stadthotel zu Engpässen kommen kann. In der Summe ergeben die genannten Punkte jedoch ein Gesamtbild, das deutlich unter dem Anspruch eines 5-Sterne-Hauses liegt.
Ich würde mich über eine Rückmeldung freuen und darüber, wie Marriott in solchen Fällen die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherstellt.

Eine Nacht ok, aber Preis-/Leistung zu hoch
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und das Personal sehr freundlich, gutes Frühstück. Es hatte alles. War das einzige das für uns den Preis wert war.

Cons:

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, Teppich fleckig, Bettrahmen ebenso und im Bad die Duschwanne abgenutzt. Wellness eher klein für die Grösse des Hotels. 13 Liegen im Hallenbad und kleine Sauna‘s. Restaurant eher ok. Salat hatte faule Blätter, Auswahl eher mässig. Preis-/Leistung zu teuer. Zudem wurde nicht immer abgeräumt, so dass man auf Nachbartische nicht einen angenehmen Anblick hatte, nachdem die Gäste gegangen waren.

Disgusting, uncomfortable and waste of money
Pros:

Nothing, very dirty and unhygienic. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Didn't meet the basic standards.

Cons:

Everything was bad. The room was dirty and smelly, the bathroom walls had molds, the bathroom wasn't clean. The room and the hotel didn't satisfy my expectations. This is unacceptable and my family and I were very uncomfortable in the room.
