Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Alles war auf einem hohen Niveau: Sauberkeit, Komfort und die aufmerksame Betreuung durch das Personal. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich nach einem langen Tag wunderbar erholen konnte. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Küche – alles war sehr lecker und von hoher Qualität. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Leider gab es auch einige negative Punkte während unseres Aufenthalts. In der Beschreibung wurde angegeben, dass sich das Hotel im schönen Zentrum von Stuttgart befindet, tatsächlich liegt es jedoch mitten in einer Baustelle. Aus den Fenstern sieht man hauptsächlich Kräne und Bauarbeiten, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich beeinträchtigt hat.

Zudem war das Personal an der Rezeption nicht besonders kompetent. Obwohl ich bei der Buchung angegeben hatte, dass die Zahlung vor Ort erfolgen soll, weigerte sich der Mitarbeiter zunächst, die Zahlung anzunehmen. Erst nachdem ein Vorgesetzter hinzugezogen wurde, konnte das Problem gelöst werden. Leider war der erste Eindruck dadurch bereits negativ geprägt.

Komfortables Hotel mit gutem Service
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage, vieles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und komfortabel. Besonders positiv ist das freundliche und professionelle Personal aufgefallen.
