Sollten wir wieder mal in der Gegend sein und es uns nach Wellness sein bestimmt der erste Anlaufpunkt
Pros:

Waren zum Valentinstag da. Da wir viel zu früh angekommen sind habe ich vorher angefragt, ob wir vor dem Check in den Wellnessbereich benutzen dürfen. Also erst mal an die Rezeption und dann weiter in den Wellnessbereich. Ausgestattet mit (Whirl)Pool und Sauna war er ideal zum entspannen. Auch die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig ind mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Bei Chech-out wurden uns noch 2 Wasserflaschen mitgegeben.

Alles in allem kommen wir gerne wieder.

Cons:

Jetzt zur „Kritik“: mit etwa 50 Euro war uns das Frühstück etwas zu „teuer“ weswegen wir uns dagegenentschieden habe. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Gegend bzw. der Weg vom HBF zum Hotel durch die Baustellen etwas unordentlich und nicht so schön war. Da kann natürlich das Hotel nix dafür.

Personal Rezeption & Service Personsl beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend & freundlich.

Cons:

Im Spa, das heisse Wasser im Kessel für Tee war nicht sauber, ganz trüb.
Lage des Hotels mitten in einer Baustelle.
Atmosphäre insgessmt dunkel & düster, in die Jahre gekommenenes Hotel.

Sehr Gutes fünf Sterne Hotel inklusive hervorragenden Frühstück
Pros:

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Es gab so viel Auswahl und das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich.

Cons:

Das Restaurant am Abend - zu wenig Service und die Speisen waren einfach nicht eines 5 Sterne Hauses würdig.
