Holiday Inn Bristol Airport
Pros:

The hotel is well maintained - the room / facilities good.
It's conveniently located to Bristol Airport & the breakfast is good ( plenty of choice).
Staff very friendly & standard of service is high.

Very quiet location & very comfortable bed.
With the air conditioning, means you can get a very good night's rest.

Cons:

As the airport is servicing a busy regional airport, the price is a little higher than I would have expected, but to be expected.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Ambience great and staff were very pleasant

Cons:

The family was initially small when we checked in for 3 people sharing then staff moved us to a bigger room. The bathroom is quite small

Unhappy with paying £22 for parking instead of a reduced amount for hotel clients as experienced at Doubletree by Hilton where I paid £5 for the day. Breakfast

Cons:

Pay £22 for the night parking .
Total amount for 1 night with Parking is £178 ... without breakfast ... so with breakfast would be around £200 all costs considered.

Staff were nice, room was very clean, breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room size was a bit tight with the sofa bed - we've stayed in other family rooms with two double beds which were more comfortable. The sofa bed itself was not particularly comfortable for two people (we were a family of 4). Parking was 22 GBP, despite that we'd arrived at 1am and were leaving at 9am, and the car park was less than half full. The receptionist did reduce the charge to 15 GBP when I requested as it was very expensive. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the airport - it's a shame Bristol airport doesn't have more on site airport hotel facilities.

Pros:

Great location for Bristol Airport. We came back to the UK on a late flight and the hotel welcome was very nice.

Cons:

I'm not a great fine of being charged £20+ for parking the car for one night. Seems excessive to me. I've not stayed in many essentially rural hotels where I've been charged for parking my car during a stay.

A confortable and convenient hotel with wonderful staff.
Pros:

It was clean, easy to find and had a very pleasant smell! The breakfast was good and easy to access, and it was good to know that the continental version was accessible from 4am if needed. The room was clean and well-equipped. But the best feature was the staff: they were outstanding, so welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

Cons:

I would have appreciated instructions in the room for the air con unit.
