Pros:

Staff were very attentive and polite. Hotel was clean and well tended with good facility.

Cons:

I have just been staying at another IHG hotel in Belfast and there was a marked difference in the quality of the breakfast. The one at the Plaza was much better and inclusive.
Was not happy about paying a large fee for parking.

Cons:

The summons I later received for a £100 parking fee even tho I added the vehicle registration plate to the touch response electrical device on the reception desk. And then out of the blue received the fine and rang the hotel and was told its nothing to do with them. I was ever so cross with the whole situation I shall never be returning to this awful, retched godforsaken place. AND I MEAN NEVER.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Shrushti and Khin gave great service throughout the meal. The curry was delicious and the whole evening was relaxing which was just what we needed
