Fantastic!
Pros:

Lovely and modern, on arrival (4am due to plane delays) the staff were incredible, so accommodating to us, ensuring we could get a later check out and made sure our children were accommodated for by providing them with some food before we went to our room. We had a fantastic sleep, albeit not long due to the delays; but it was a lovely room, lovely bed; all round great. Definitely will be back.

Ideal to stay the night before an early morning flight
Pros:

Its closeness to Bristol airport. The room was clean & very comfortable. We had food & a couple of drinks, which went down a treat. The journey had gone well, but 2 miles from our junction, the traffic was horrendous & it took another 2 hours to get to the hotel - not sure if it was an accident (hope not) or just the volume of traffic.

Felt well rested the room was fresh and clean so comfortable
Pros:

Easy to get to the hotel beautiful property clean well presented and we booked airport shuttle but was told it was over booked but was told your problem is our problem loved the answer so they booked a taxi straight away for the morning which was also on time

A convenient place to stay .
Pros:

A comfortable stay to be near the airport . The staff were very helpful polite and friendly .

Cons:

The added car parking cost is a bit steep but I did know that before we stayed . Also bar and food prices were quite expensive .
