Fair choice to stay here
Pros:

Great location for the airport.
Clean enviroment and friendly staff

Cons:

Wasn't expecting to have to pay for overnight parking on top of the stay.
If I was leaving my car there and using the shuttle, fair enough, but I wasn't.

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Pros:

I didn’t have the breakfast. I don’t like paying more for breakfast, it should be included in the price.

We will return.
Pros:

We had an evening meal of Pizza which was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and happy to help. Probably the best Holiday Inn we have been to. The hotel and room was spotless.

Cons:

Everything was excellent.

Saved by Ged!
Pros:

Ged, at reception, was excellent.
Friendly & helpful. Saved the situation from being a disaster!

Cons:

The HAV was running cold. Our room was freezing for about an hour. They couldn't fix it, so we were eventually moved to another room. We had unpacked, so repacked our cases. The assistant manager had promised that when we returned to the hotel, our cases would be in a different room - we would just have to collect the room keys from reception. Ged was a star. Found out what was happening (nothing), booked us into another room and carried our cases from our old room to the new room. Very apologetic (unlike the asistant manager). Ged should be fast tracked to Management. He cares about how to run a hotel, and pass it on to others.

Be aware, overnight parking is extra at this hotel
Pros:

The hotel is well placed for Bristol airport.. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was a nice size, clean with a comfortable king size bed.

Cons:

The cost of overnight parking should be shown, or made more obvious at time of booking.
That parking cost does make the price less competitive when compared to other options in the area.

Ideal for early morning flights , close to the airport
Pros:

Location was fantastic for the airport, and having an early check in flight .
Rooms were of a great size , spacious , no clutter ..
Huge wall mounted Tv
Modern bathroom of a good size too.

Reception staff were extremely polite cheerful and professional ( especially Ruby) the customer service was fabulous.
Lots of parking

Cons:

The heater in the room was noisy , I had to switch it off as I couldn't sleep .

After a long day coming straight from work, I was hungry but the menu was limited and very expensive so I did without .

Considering people could pay to use the car park for airport parking I would have expected that as I was staying there the parking would have been free,
but I had to pay £15 on top of the nightly room cost ...so technically it ended up costing me more than other accommodation places nearby .
I would take this into consideration next time and book elsewhere with free parking .
