Possibly the friendliest staff ever!
Pros:

We booked the hotel for after our flight home from holiday, we arrived at the hotel on 7/3/26 at 00:30 and was checked-in by a most friendly and efficient guy on duty at reception that time (sorry, didn’t get his name). The rooms were great, clean & comfortable. Breakfast next morning was great with lots of choice and again, the staff were most friendly and professional. Our only criticism was the bed was a little too soft for us, but this would not preclude us from staying again. In all we were very happy at Holiday Inn Bristol Airport. Thank you.

Wonderful stay before travelling to airport

Great when flying early from Bristol but factor in extra charge for parking
Pros:

Location to airport, very quiet, good nights sleep, ate in restaurant, staff very friendly and good size portions

Cons:

Paying £20 extra for parking for one night, should of been made clearer

Excellent customer service
Pros:

We were given a very warm welcome at the Holiday Inn. Ged behind reception was incredibly helpful. In fact, all the staff were very helpful. The room was clean. There were thoughtful little notes from the staff in the room. Recommend.

Top staff in reception (Ged)
Pros:

It’s just the perfect way to start your much needed holiday. Clean, tidy and inviting. Rooms are superb and Ged (who I thought was called Geoff), started everything off at 5 stars the second that we stepped in the reception area. Top marks and the food looked really nice too.

The mattress was rather bouncy, so that every time my partner shifted position during the night, I felt it, and vice versa. Other than that can’t fault my stay.

Convenient stop when travelling west from the airport.
Pros:

We are able to check in with ease at 2300hrs after an evening flight. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was ideal.

Cons:

We found it irritating to be charged £20 to park our car. The location of the hotel and the amount of cars in the car park indicate that most people are likely to reach the hotel by car. Yet I do not recall this surcharge being mentioned when booking. It increased the price of the room by 20%.

Great stay
Pros:

Our experience at this hotel was excellent the staff could not have done anything more to make our stay more pleasurable. From reception to the restaurant the staff were superb and even the assistant manager came and spoke to us. The food was excellent highly recommend the tikka masala. We have been using this hotel for many years apart from when it was closed to customers and these last 2 stays were by far the best. Looking forward to our next stay.
