Great Bank Holiday Break
Pros:

All the staff at reception and restaurant were exceedingly helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good with a choice for everyone in our party, including the picky eaters! Great that kids eat free in the restaurant with a payind adult. Nice message left in our room from Ruby the Deputy General Manager.

Cons:

We couldn't open the fridge door without lifting the foot of the sofa bed ! (We had my son who has learning difficulties sharing our room).

A memorable stay

Right from the moment we stepped in, till we moved out, it was a bliss. A special thanks to Inder for making it special with the cake surprise for my daughter's birthday. The room was clean and the staff were pleasant.

It’s a stop over for the airport. What else can I say!

Cons:

Staff checking us in were a bit ‘fly’ and arrogant. £22.00 to park my car in that hotel car park for 6-7 hours prior to my flight is insulting!
