San Juan Airport Hotel

The property was decent and great for a pit stop.

Staff was lovely

We really enjoyed our time there. Everyone was absolutley lovely, the room was nice, and it was super convenient to just stay right at the airport.

Room was sufficient, but. no extras. Stayed there because of late arrival of flight

Nice clean room. Situated within the airport. One complaint. The handicapped rail is between the toilet and sink. It's connected to the floor in two places. My wife hit the floor connector with her toes and possibly broke one of the toes. The TV setup sucks not being able to find the listed channels.

Defective air conditioning. It Housekeepers knock on my room door at 10:30 am, woke me up from resting, while check out is at noon. Her reply was it's ok, we were just checking. I find tha inappropriate.

This is an excellent property just to spend a night. Very convenient for a late flight and getting your rental car the next morning.

Flying in and out of San Juan often message early morning or later evening flights. This hotel offers a restful way to arrive at the airport without any stress while still enjoying the best of San Juan. Clean, conveniently locked right in the airport but minutes away from the best of San Juan. The hotel is immaculate, and the staff is attentive. Great breakfast in the morning.

Although the property is old. It is directly connected to the airport terminals, signage to find the hotel with in the airport could be better, it is not that hard to find overall walk through the baggage area, all the way to the end of this area, stay to the right of this area and look for the elevators, once there you will find signage to direct you to the hotel,
The rooms are spotless, beds are firm and extremely comfortable. First thought of the room, it appears very small because it is long and narrow. The room had a safe, coffee maker and a desk for writing or working at along with usb charging ports. The room is a descent size although first thought was it seemed small. Sheets bathroom carpets were all spotless. Breakfast was included with a good selection and all food was fresh even though not many people were eating breakfast and the room was almost empty. Over all,the hotel is not a Hilton or holiday inn, no glitz, fancy chandeliers it is a wonderful place to rest after or before a flight. I would 100% rebook because of the location friendliness and cleanliness of this hotel.because we were taking a cruise the next day we did not need a beach or shopping, staying here saved us 1 cab ride, at our time of the stay sept 2025 the hotel was $150 cdn cheaper than a holiday in express, and 1 cab riide less,

Walking distance from all terminals, good breakfast. Nice option for late flight in.

Very clean room. Friendly staff at check-in and in the restaurant. Delicious dinner appetizers.

Requested handicap access and the room didn’t have a bathroom for me to take a shower. When I tried to call front desk the phone wasn’t working. So, I was unable to take a shower and sleep because of the noises in the building. So for the amount of money and the unsafe space this stay was horrible for me.

Convenient local buses to go to the cruise port for free. Lots of easy sight seeing from the hotel and easy walk through the hotel to the airport.

Please add that parking is the dame airport parking
