FILTHY BATHROOM!!!!!
Pros:

Bathroom tub was dirty. We were too disgusted by it to take showers. I don't think the sheets were changed. We slept in our clothes due to the dirty conditions.

Shoutout to Anthony and Vince for being the coolest front desk workers I’ve literally ever met. Staff is literally top notch and the breakfast is fire! Stayed two years in a row and WILL be back next year for more bubbles. Till next time

Pros:

The stay was fine but we were hoping for the more comfortable beds that this chain normally has. Beds were okay but not as good as normal. Also the fridge didn’t get very cold and didn’t have a freezer area. We were needing to keep things cold for our return flight the next day and hoped to freeze our ice pack.

Holiday Inn was a breath of fresh air 😊
Pros:

Everything was amazing,, accept the shampoo bottle was completely empty, the coffee maker did not work whatsoever, house cleaning came at 10:20 AM instead at 11 AM, which was annoying. They just need to be on top of their game, otherwise everything was great.

The front desk was very nice and polite. I didnt like the room. The carpet was extremely dirty and had so much stain everywhere. Seemed like someone lived there with a dog. I saw bedbugs. I couldnt sleep peacefully.
