Le personnel était très bien,très agréable et aimable.

ubicacion muy cerca de la playa

Cons:

Las piscinas, muy saturadas de gente, agua demasiado caliente y sucia, olor de la cocina en la zona de piscina y hamacas.
El buffet muy repetitivo y básico
La ducha de la habitación con la grifería completamente rota y el suelo deformado.
No asumible en un Hotel de 4 Estrellas.

No hay sitio para todos los usuarios del hotel en la piscina, la comida del desayuno y la cena no corresponde con un hotel de 4 estrellas y la animación nocturna no era muy buena

Cons:

Les 4 étoiles sont dépassés, les chambres sont vieilles, les pisicines sont en mauvaise état, certains jeux d’eau ne fonctionnent pas. Les jeux sportifs sont payants. La qualité du buffet est à revoir.

Très bien dans l’ensemble, exit la douche
Pros:

Le contexte est très joli et bien entretenu. Les piscines sont très agréables.

Cons:

Nous avons une réserve sur la qualité de la nourriture.
La plomberie dans la douche serait à revoir. Pas une seule douche avec de l’eau chaude durant tout notre séjour malgré avoir sollicité l’accueil.
