It was not good. It’s an uncomfortable hotel.
Pros:

Food and restaurant are ok.

Cons:

Not clean. Rooms are dirty. Rooms have the minimum in them. Ours did not have a bathroom glass door. Very noisy. Staff not responsive.

Ci dono stati un sacco di disservizi.
2 giorni abbiamo dovuto lavarci con acqua gelida, 1 giorno si è rotto l’ascensore (eravamo al 4 piano), il frigo bar non funzionante, perciò non avevamo acqua fresca. Le vetrate per uscire in balcone erano rotte e si faceva molta fatica ad aprirle. La porta di vetro del bagno era rotta e riparata con del nastro adesivo.
Ma la cosa che più mi ha infastidito, era la scarsa igiene e pulizia del ristorante. Piatti e bicchieri praticamente tutti unti e sporchi. Per un paio di giorni avevano messo una zona con piatti e bicchieri di carta, ma dal terzo giorno non li hanno più messi,m e quando li ho chiesti, mi hanno detto che non li avevano. Zona torte molto fornita ma lasciata all’aperto, quindi erano calde e mezze sciolte.
Non è assolutamente un servizio da 4 stelle e il prezzo non mi sembra proporzionale alla qualità della struttura.

Pros:

The room location on site.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the heat wave for 3 days, cold water to shower, and unstable shower tray. No real room lighting either.

Great Hotel - Highly Recommended!

Would stay here again if I visit Ibiza again
Pros:

Rooms were very clean and comfortable, good housekeeping, plenty of clean towels.
Pool areas were very good and kept clean.
Food choices were excellent and enjoyable everyday.
Plenty of sunbeds.
Friendly staff.

El alojamiento esta muy bien, lo mejor es el buffet.

Cons:

Los aires son lo peor, en el buffet te mueres de calor durante todo el día, en la habitación como te toque un aire acondicionado viejo también mueres de calor, me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación.

Parfait
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Occidental Ibiza. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Les chambres étaient propres et bien entretenues, la nourriture était variée et de bonne qualité, et tout le personnel était accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider.

L'emplacement est également un vrai point fort : proche des plages, des restaurants et des principales sorties de l'île, tout en restant dans un environnement agréable et calme.

Franchement, rien de négatif à signaler. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

lovely comfortable stay
Pros:

we had a comfortable stay for the weekend. Staff were friendly, food areas, room and around the hotel in general were kept clean.

Cons:

Our air con wasn't working as well as it should- but didn't realise until we spoke to our friends. Also the fridge wasn't working.

Hôtel confortable et au calme.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié le confort du lit et la restauration. L arrêt de bus à proximité de l hôtel pour se déplacer sur l île. Un grand merci aux animatrices Sousou et Candice pour leur gentillesse !

Cons:

Un peu trop calme le soir au niveau des animations, aucune soirée dansante, dommage pour Ibiza.

Reception staff need retraining.

Lovely pool, room was clean

Had multiple issues with room, light hanging off, when
You pulled the plug out the whole thing came out of the wall, my wife had her umbrella collapse on her when round the pool, staff not bothered, no apology, and not asked how our stay was when we left; reception staff where arrogant.
