Pros:

Ce que j'ai aimé avant tout c'est que ma mère est handicapé et que les équipements de la chambre étaient tout à fait adapté et le personnel souriant charmant prêt à rendre service pour toute occasion

Buena estancia, especialmente por el buffet y el personal
Pros:

El buffet ha sido, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia. La comida en general es buena y variada, con carnes, guisos y otros platos muy bien preparados. Quizá algunos pescados de la plancha estaban demasiado hechos y quedaban algo secos, pero en conjunto hemos comido bastante bien durante toda la semana.

Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y el hotel en general resulta agradable. También queremos destacar especialmente al personal de recepción y a los cocineros de la plancha del buffet, que fueron siempre muy amables y atentos con nosotros.

Cons:

La ubicación no ha sido la más cómoda para nosotros, ya que durante nuestra estancia nos desplazamos con frecuencia hacia Ibiza ciudad y otras zonas de la isla, por lo que dependimos bastante del coche. Aun así, hay algunas calas bonitas relativamente cerca del hotel.

La habitación también nos pareció algo más sencilla de lo que esperábamos, tanto por tamaño como por acabados y decoración. Es correcta y funcional, pero esperábamos un poco más en este aspecto tratándose de un hotel Barceló.

Como punto negativo, la actitud de dos trabajadoras del buffet nos resultó poco amable en algunas ocasiones. En concreto, una noche llegamos a cenar sobre las 21:30, cuando el buffet cerraba a las 22:00, y después de haber llevado ya la bebida y los platos a una mesa de la terraza junto a la piscina, una camarera nos indicó que no podíamos sentarnos allí porque la mesa ya estaba preparada para el desayuno. Finalmente tuvimos que trasladarnos al salón interior. Entendemos la organización del servicio, pero creemos que, estando todavía dentro del horario de cena, la situación podría haberse gestionado de una manera más amable y orientada al cliente.

Pros:

Bona ubicació. Menjar variat i de bona qualitat. Molta netedat al menjador i servei constant de neteja i recollida de plats. Hi ha oferta de pa sense gluten. Disposa de moltes zones al voltant per poder aparcar el cotxe fàcilment.

Cons:

No hi ha ningú que parli en català a recepció. Cap dels rètols de l'establiment ni informació que es dóna al client està en català. És lamentable. Curiosament l'atenció en altres idiomes com l'anglès i l'italià és molt bona.
No és la primera vegada que ens hi allotgem i apuntem aquesta mancança i Barceló encara no ha fet res. Tant difícil és imprimir els papers informatius, rètols o nom dels plats en català? Demanar al personal de recepció que t'entenguin en la nostra llengua hauria de ser obligatori.
