The staf and The hotel are very good . Enertaiment with Victor is super we enjoyed all The Activities Darts , Ping Ping, érc... we comeback.

Nice stay, Helpful Reception Staff but can be a bit noisy
Pros:

The Hotel was very clean and the girls at reception were very helpful and always there to help. The Room cleaners were very nice and the rooms always kept clean.
Sea View Rooms really do have a nice view

There is a Wine bar across the road called the SipHaus run by 2 Beautiful guys and also there is a Restaurant called the Royal Garden which has excellent food.

Cons:

Rooms were fine, but noisy. Sleeping on the couch was not so comfortable. Be prepared to be awoken early, around 06.30-07.00am as cleaners are out and about and of course some guests don't care what noise they make and what time they make it. Slamming doors seems to be one of their favourites, but then that's not the hotel fault. Room walls are not insulated properly either, so you can hear everything from the next door neighbours.

Buen ajuste calidad precio, instalaciones algo envejecidas, pero cuidadas y atendidas, excelente disposición del personal.

Cons:

Equipamiento del apartamento algo justo en la cocina, se echa de menos contar con algo básico como una cafetera italiana o un horno microondas.

Great hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

An absolutely lovely hotel in a breathtaking location overlooking Santa Ponsa bay.
Whilst some of the furnishings are a bit dated they are all fully functional.
But this is only a very minor detail as all the public areas and poolside are immaculate and well maintained.
Staff are great and so helpful.
Location is superb with areas like The Square with bars and restaurants a short walk away and just a little further are many more restaurants and bars to enjoy.
We will definitely be back.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

L'emplacement, le personnel, l'accessibilité parking gratuit.
Notre arrivée fût forte agréable par l'hôtesse d'accueil, très disponible et agréable.

Cons:

Pas de chance, mais nos plaques de cuisson dans l'appartement hotel ne fonctionnaient pas !
Dommage que la télé soit dos au canapé ... Un bras articulé aurait été appréciable et facile à installer.

Super beliggenhet, enkelt og rent i leiligheten.
Pros:

Flott beliggenhet med utsikt over bukta og utover havet, bare 10 min å gå inn til sentrum, lite lokalt sentrum med 2 små ‘dagligvarebutikker, flere restauranter, fint å gå turer i alle retninger, rent, god service, flott basseng, nydelig liten badevik rett nedenfor, litt slitt og enkelt utstyrt rom.

Cons:

Litt for enkelt utstyrt på kjøkkenet. Kun basic utvalg i baren.

Une pensée particulière pour Anaïs; son professionnalisme, sa bonne humeur et sa disponibilité ont vraiment été appréciés. Elle a su nous accueillir chaleureusement et rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Un grand merci pour son accueil et sa bienveillance !

Court séjour très agréable

L'établissement est très bien situé à Santa Ponsa. Le personnel est très accueillant et nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
