Overall a very good stay...
Pros:

Breakfast was good, lots of variety and options.
Location is great - walking distance to all tourist spots..
Staff has been exceptional - Art was especially helpful when we were checking in - thank you.

Nice hotel in a great location!
Pros:

Excellent staff, decent breakfast, great location, comfortable room (nice beds), and easy parking.

Cons:

No chairs on balcony (we heard it’s due to insurance constraints but odd that it’s better to stand instead of sit). The bathroom is nice, with ample room and a good shower, so it would be nice to have better bath towels (not a huge deal but a suggestion).

A great stay. I will stay here again.
Pros:

Great location, close to downtown, walkable to many things. Staff are helpful and friendly. Clean. Good breakfast. Nice breakfast area with lots of seating. Convenient parking.

Good location, and a decent sized room. Walking distance to attractions and restaurants.
Pros:

It was in a great location, which made it easy to walk around Victoria. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was quite good with plenty of seating.

Cons:

Staff was very average, not terribly welcoming. Paying for a car park on a site where car parks have always existed seems a little unreasonable.

Comfortable and reliable accommodation in a great location.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good if a trifle monotonous: scrambled eggs every day with either bacon, sausage or ham (on a 3-day rotation). The coffee was very good!
