The staff that you had there on the morning of our stay were Wonderful a young Black young woman and young black man I say this because I forgot their names. My stay is listed under Lela Tisdale

We stayed in one of the updated and renovated rooms on the third floor. They did a beautiful job with the renovations! The bed was more comfortable and the couch was bigger and more comfortable. I appreciate the addition of the mirrors in the bedrooms!

Conveniently located at attractions in the area!

The breakfast was okay, wish they had more meat options as I don’t eat pork. Rooms seem clean and spacious with a fully supplied kitchenette. Central air conditioning and great location.

We were assigned a recently renovated room. It was quiet and comfortable on the third floor. The beds were really comfortable.

The breakfast was great, fresh, and in a clean area. The room was so nice, we had plenty of room to store our luggage etc... The staff was accommodating and very helpful. Yes, we will stay at one of your properties in the future. We enjoyed our stay at Staybridge.

Room mix up during registration. Was initially given a two bedroom/bathroom suite that I did not reserve. Then was moved to a handicapped room with handicapped shower that wet the floor, making it dangerous for us to walk on when utilizing the bathroom sink while one of us was showering. No bathroom countertops due to wheel chair accessibility, making it difficult for two women to apply facial care and makeup. Should have received the correct room since my reservation was booked well in advance to our stay.

What a pleasant surprise this hotel was for us! From check-in to check-out and everything in between, we found it to be a great experience. We had the flexibility to extend our stay, and we certainly didn't hesitate with our choice of staying here another night. The change was quickly made for us. We appreciate the assistance in making that change.

Horrible experience, they claim they are doing renovations for the past couple of years now, yet it is so dirty!! A huge spit wad was on a door. Carpets were so dirty and stained. Hair in the shower . Broken doors and knobs. The bed was dirty. And the closet smelled of cat urine. I was staying with a family of 5, we had a suite with two rooms and a pull out bed. We got in late and there was no bedding for the pullout couch. I called to the front desk but there was no answer. I called multiple times. I then walked to the front and there was music blasting from the managers office. I yelled multiple times for help. Finally Jordan the front desk manager open the door and just said what. He was reluctant to help me, he basically threw the bedding at me. I said thank you and he did not reply . I inquired about canceling my future days because I was worried about bed bugs since someone else reported they had them and the overall uncleanliness of the place. I was told I could not be reimbursed.
He went back into the office and slammed the door.
I requested to speak to the main manager Melissa and was told she was too busy to call me back until Thursday. That happened to be the day we left and was 4 days in the future.
Melissa ended up refusing to talk to me.
This was such a horrible experience for my family. I advise you to stay elsewhere!!

People were friendly and helpful.
Ice machine did not produce ice in the room. Just a few cubes.

I have stayed at this property several times before it was great at first, then it declined, and now it is back to being great. Even better than before. We like this property because it is close to Sahara Sam's Oasis Waterpark and the waffles are yummy. It also provides A 2BR suite with a king sized bed which is ideal for my family.

The staff was really respectful and nice.

Easy to find. Good location. Breakfast was okay. Staff was nice. Clean room! Tv in the room has three lights on the screen.

I stayed at Staybridge for two nights just to relax and decompress. While the staff was very friendly and breakfast had a nice variety of options, a few things made it hard to fully enjoy our stay.
Our main plan was to enjoy the pool and watch some good movies, but the TV and remote made that nearly impossible. The TV service was through DirecTV, which was extremely frustrating—some channels had no signal, and the guide only showed channel numbers and network names, not what was actually playing. The “info” button didn’t work at all, so we couldn’t even find out what we were watching.
The remote was also in poor condition—very slow to respond, and the buttons were so faded that I could barely read them. My eyesight isn’t what it used to be, so this was especially frustrating.
On top of that, we had trouble getting the room temperature comfortable. The air conditioner seemed to only have two settings—either too cold or too warm.
This was meant to be a quick reset for us, and while we appreciated the friendly staff and breakfast, the poor TV setup and uncomfortable room temperature really took away from the relaxing experience we were hoping for.
The place was a bit run down and looked like it could use a bit of freshening up but thats not want was important to me. The fact that we could not enjoy a movie was very frustrating, it was meant as reset mini vacation. I was very disappointed.
The rooms are not cheap and I expect everything to be working properly and it was not.
