a spacious and comfortable room in the cntre of the city - hard to beat!
Pros:

The hotel is in a brilliant location - many dining options at your door and a very safe and quiet place to stay - and a bonus there is free parking on the street on weeeknds. Our car was safe and very clsoe by. The rooms are VERY spacious.

Cons:

The sliding glass doors on the wardrobes (which aslo cover the tea/coffee/fridge area have no handles so are clumsy to open.

Was a nice and warm room with pretty views
Pros:

How warm it was in the room and the view. Balcony was a wee bit small.

Cons:

The 300 before payment was insane, we budgeted for our Queenstown trip and didn’t get paid our money back until a week later and wasn’t aware of this payment until check in. Leaving card details is typical but 300 was insane.

Location is great. Room is good, bathroom good size.

Cons:

Heat pump hard to use, turned itself off and we were cold.

Amenities were good. Complimentary snacks.
Had two beds. Asked for two as staying with my daughter. They were two double beds.
Heated towel rail. Good water pressure for shower.

Cons:

Thought I was getting sea view. Will request next time. Although not sure if railway noise would be heard.

The room was nice, clean and well appointed.

Cons:

Disappointed there was no breakfast dining on the Monday morning, it didn't open until later . However the café right next door was really nice
