hotel location was located as close to a surgery center in Chaska that we could find
it was quiet & parking was good

Absolute ghetto. The front desk worker JASMINE denied our reservation as we were a “no show” for our first night. Travel caused this delay. I was told we have to call the front desk to let them know. Why? So they can book the room that we already paid for to other guests for a night? When I questioned this policy that I have never heard of, she not only hung up on me but LIED and told IHG that I used foul language when speaking to her. Let’s hear the recorded phone call. She flat out lied! She is obviously lacking in customer service skills with minimal talent, hence working at a Holiday Inn in the fraud state of Minnesota. I have traveled two weeks per month for the past 5.5 years and never encountered anything quite like this. I guess that is why I primarily chose Hilton for business travel - as a diamond elite member I’ll be cancelling my card and will be done with IHG - including all my staff. Other family members stayed here and were not impressed with the hotel or her attitude. Adios

I enjoyed my stay and I can't believe how many negative reviews I saw about this hotel. I hadn't stayed here before the remodeling but now it is very nice. It's clean, bright, welcoming with a wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. My room was modern with a wonderful bed. I recommend staying at the Chanhassen Holiday Inn Express!

We had a group of 25 players and coaches stay here for the state baseball tournament. This place went above and beyond for us. The service is top notch and the hotel is in a great central location. The hotel is clean, welcoming, and quiet.

I flew in to Minnesota to do a wedding. I stayed at this hotel as it was near the wedding venue. Check-in was easy, the price reasonable and the staff friendly.

The hotel seems like an older building that they are trying to make nicer. The breakfast area was the most modern, clean and bright. The food offerings were average. Nothing special.

The room definitely felt old and slapped together with a little paint and very new furniture, dressers, mirrors, nightstands, etc. But it honestly felt like it lacked design. The paint was sloppy, bleeding over onto the tiles in the bathroom and even onto the door.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

All in all. It was a good stay... It just felt a tad below normal IHG standards. However, have no fear staying here. It gets the job done.

Breakfast was ok. Some items were gone by the time I had breakfast. Parking was good, plenty of spaces close to the hotel.
