8.2
Multiple guests repeatedly praised cleanliness ('Very clean', 'Limpio'), though a few noted issues (loose bathroom tiles), so overall positive with minor defects.
Service
9.4
Service is frequently highlighted as friendly and helpful (early check-in approved, staff returned lost watch); isolated report of a rude receptionist but overall very strong.
Location
7.6
Mixed sentiment: convenient/close to things for some, but several complaints about traffic, limited access/one-way entry and nearby construction causing negative impact.
Room Quality
7.8
Rooms described as comfortable and well-kept by many, but multiple mentions of soft/old mattresses and bathroom/shower issues reduce the score slightly.
Amenities
9.2
Amenities stand out (notably a great, well-maintained pool and satisfactory facilities); breakfast and other offerings were also praised in several reviews.
Value for Money
8.8
Several guests stated the property is worth the price ('Worth paying a little extra') and expressed willingness to return, supporting a positive value perception.
