Top Personal in einem schönen Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war top und sehr kundenfreundlich. Es gab sogar Roomservice, obwohl dieser nirgends explizit ausgewiesen war. Auch den Willkommensdrink konnten wir sogar nach Ablauf der Abholzeiten holen. Alle Leute an der Rezeption waren top.
Die Betten waren bequem und sehr groß.
Die Auswahl zwischen Regendusche und Handbrause war schön.
Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war für einen Vollautomaten sehr lecker.

Cons:

Da das Bett so groß war, war der restliche Platz im Zimmer zu klein. Es gab keine gute Möglichkeit den Koffer zu verstauen.
Ein moderner Fernseher mit Smart-Funktion wäre schön gewesen
Das Frühstück hatte zwar eine gute Auswahl, war aber jeden Tag gleich und somit sehr eintönig.

An exceptional stay with wonderful service and comfort from start to finish.
Pros:

The room was spotless, quiet, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable for a great night's rest. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and breakfast offered a fresh and delicious variety every morning.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing comes to mind, everything exceeded expectations. Our stay was seamless from check-in to check-out, and we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Pros:

Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Bekamen am Tag der Abreise sogar ein Frühstückspaket, da wir vor dem Frühstück abgereist sind!
Nur die Managerin beim Frühstück war da die Ausnahme! Einen Speisesaal während des Frühstücks zu sperren für eine Privatveranstaltung, so dass Leute am Tresen oder im Foyer essen müssen, kommt nicht gut! Sobald man dann etwas Fragen möchte, sofort von Englisch auf Spanisch zu wechseln und wenn man eigentlich nur wissen möchte, wielange man in etwa warten muss, sich einfach dem nächsten Gast zuzuwenden, ist keine Art!!
Frühstück war gut und das Restaurant am Abend nur zu empfehlen!

Cons:

Extrem hellhörige Zimmer!!! Nicht nur kann man sich im Badezimmer mit der Person im Nachbarzimmer unterhalten, man hört wirklich alles von der Straße, als wären die Fenster offen!
Zimmerbeleuchtung leider sehr schwach!

Fair but would not go there twice
Pros:

Good beds and bedware, nice restaurant, clean and confortable.

Cons:

Location is a bit far from city center, in a residential area, bit noisy and messy, mini bar did not get refilled, personnel in the restaurant not very welcoming, neither the reception staff. Breakfast was missing healthy options with good quality protein and fibers.

Pros:

Este situat la o distanta rezonabila de centru. Șederea la acest hotel a fost plăcută. Restaurantul foarte bun, personalul a fost foarte amabil. Totul a fost foarte curat iar curatenie se face zilnic.

Cons:

Camera este mica iar camera WC este foarte mica, dar patul este foarte mare și comod

Personnel super avenant , poli et l’écoute

Cons:

Les murs fin comme du carton ou alors nous étions à l’étage du personnel mais à 07h du matin toutes les douches en route, on entendait toutes les évacuations d’eau et ensuite à 08h l’aspirateur tous les jours. Ce n’est peut être pas le cas si vous avez la chance de séjourner dans la partie plus neuve de l’hôtel mais ça on ne peut pas le choisir en avance
