Lorsque des clients russes ou ukrainiens demandent des conseils de visite au personnel, qu’on leur parle dans leur langue……c’est super chouette sauf que d’autres clients veulent faire le Check in, ils n’ont pas accès au comptoir de la réception , les collègues ont bien du mal de se faire entendre, les voix sont trop fortes. Pourquoi ne pas donner les informations touristiques en s’installant confortablement dans les fauteuils de l’accueil, ce serait tellement plus agréable pour tout le monde.

Als je met een budget naar Valencia gaat dan is dit zeker een oké optie.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel in het nieuwe gebouw en we kregen een gratis rit van de luchthaven naar het hotel via booking dat was heel erg aangenaam en fijn!

Cons:

Best ver van de stad, we moesten inchecken in een nieuw mooi gebouw en kregen toen ineens een kamer in een oud gebouw zonder personeel want daar zat dus niet altijd iemand aan de balie. De lift was ook wel aan de oude kant net zoals onze kamer die ook niet super proper was. We keken ook uit op een binnenkoer in plaats van op de straat. We hadden toch iets meer van de kamer verwacht.
