Terrible housekeeping
Pros:

The biggest issue was the housekeeping and cleanliness standards. We walked into the bathroom and found face towels hanging up with literal black, brown, and yellow stains on them. I have never experienced anything like this at a hotel before.

On top of that, there was no working internet service, and we could not even watch TV or access Netflix during our stay. We were offered to move another room only to find the exact same problem, so decided to stay.

I emailed the hotel management to bring it to her attention, yet there has still been no response or accountability. There is no excuse for visibly stained towels being placed in a guest room. It shows a complete lack of inspection and oversight from housekeeping and management.

One employee Allen, I believe he was a technician, was professional and tried to help, and he gets 5 STARS, but overall, this hotel failed badly on the most basic standards of cleanliness and guest experience. Housekeeping needs to be re trained or hire someone that cares.

What I expected.
Pros:

Room was clean. The staff was very nice and cordial. Check in was smooth and didn’t take long. Check out was awesome. Plenty of parking. Good location close to services.

Assumed that breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Thought Wi-Fi was included but it wasn’t.

I wanted a room with a king size bed and when I went to check in, they told me they had to give me a room with two queen size beds. The beds were loaded to the ground and they were uncomfortable. So I didn’t get what I paid for that. I had no choice and I had to take it.

The fact that I didn’t get what I paid for. I wanted the king-size bed and I wasn’t told until I checked in that I wasn’t getting what I paid for. Instead, I was told that I was being bumped up to a room with two queen size beds. I don’t consider that being bumped up. The beds were loaded the ground and they were uncomfortable. They sunk.

Pros:

Ontbijt was top en het bed lag ook heerlijk. Goede service. Dicht bij verschillende eetgelegenheden en ook bij de Walmart
