It was close to JFk
Shades in the room did not work. Not enough light during day.

Short staffed and breakfast was so so. Hotel was ok. If you are looking to fly in, spend the night and fly out again, I guess its ok. But no dining near by. Not a great area. Must uber and nothing is close. Would not stay there again. I will say the transport to and from JFK Federal circle was good.
Service staff is rude. Sink tap was not working. No one came to look even after complaining. Worst service staff
Nice place to stay. Room was very clean. Staff was great. I just wish the shuttle dropped you to your gate instead of the air tram. All in all a very pleasant experience.
No shuttle to pick me up at JFK. I have a $50 credit that I have been unable to use at a hotel or rental car.
It was quiet and staff were helpful.
Room smelled like pee. Staff inattentive to the point that when a fire alarm accidentally went off at six in the morning they made no effort to explain to bleary eyed customers who stumbled down the stairs. And then didn’t even shut it off until asked again.

The hotel is really nice and close to the airport, even thou nothing to eat nearby or even anything to see. The shuttle is timely, the staff at the front desk is polite (the really short lady was extra nice) she so tiny.. Loved her but clearly forgot her name, but we did tell the manager about her great service. Also with how close it is to the airport.. we really couldn't hear the airplane that much.
