This is about my fourth or fifth time to stay here as it is in such close proximity to the airport so it’s handy to stay ahead of an early flight. It’s a really beautiful hotel, the staff are always so lovely and friendly, it was my first time staying on my own and the lady checking me in was really friendly. The bedrooms are beautiful, they’re so quiet the beds are so comfortable. Everything is very clean.
When I went to have my shower in the morning, I realised that the shower gel was completely empty, so that was obviously missed by the cleaners so that was very inconvenient.
The restaurant; I have eaten there on each of my previous occasions with my family and always had a good meal, but this time was not good at all. I had a chicken breast that was rubbery , vegetables that were cold and hard and the tiniest bit of potato, which was actually the best part of the dish. All of that for the cost for £25 … crazy. That is my only reason for marking down the overall score. It would not put me off staying again because it’s such a nice hotel but I will make sure I choose something different from the menu although it shouldn’t be too hard to cook a nice breast of chicken. The Restaurant wasn’t that busy either so it can’t have been down to the pressure of cooking for everyone. The waiter was lovely and I did give him the feedback about my food.
The overall location is good as I am a frequent traveler and stayed at this hotel many times
Your breakfast has changed immensely the choices that you gave were very poor considering the last time I traveled I spoke to a member of the restaurant staff about this and he said that you have dropped many items from the menu

El colchon. Dormimos muy mal y fue muy incómodo. Mi pareja tiene una contractura por lo vencido que estaba el colchón (que tenía un agujero)

The room was very hot. There is AC but it wasn't doing much EXCEPT the AC fan was on and was so loud I couldn't sleep. I tried turning it off on the control panel but nothing worked. I tried ringing down to reception to ask for help because I'm sure I was just missing something but nobody answered my calls.
Also there were no plug sockets near the bed. The light fixtures have USB and USB-C ports built in but neither seemed to have enough power to actually charge any of my devices.
The location is great, just a few mins on foot to the airport.
The basic facilties in the room were not the best - the beds and pillows were not comfortable for sleeping, the room could get stuffy very quickly if you do not have the air con on, the fridge gets noisy during the night. Moreover, the bar was quite overpriced.

The staff were friendly and helpful and servi5ce is the bar and restaurant was goog. The location was perfect for our flight.
Food is a bit pricey
Literally 2 mins away from the security check and super ideal if you have an early flight or late landing!

The hotels location is excellent, just a short walk to the airport and train station. There were plenty of staff to assist with check in. We took advantage of using the pool and sauna, which though small was modern and clean, which made for a relaxing stay. Our room was comfortable and had everything you needed. Breakfast was very good, we paid £15 and for us the selection of fruits, cheeses and yoghurt was especially good. Our night stay really added to the start of our holiday, we will definitely be back

We booked for three people as saw a room with three beds but when arrived it was a double bed and a tiny bed on wheels. Wasn’t particularly plessed
