Room lovely, especially gthe lighting. Wven though I requested twin beds the bed in the room was really large so it was ok,

The service was great all around, and the hotel itself was stunning.
We ordered food through room service and it wasn't the best, mainly cold and honestly overpriced for what it was. I'd definitely suggest eating in the restaurant over ordering room service.
Doors were outdated and dirty , especially the bathroom.
The staff were very ‘straight forward’ not really welcoming or polite

The design of the hotel, the beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and tidy. The restaurant was cosy and had a good menu if you eat a normal diet. The portions were good again if you eat a normal diet.
I asked for soy milk at reception and was told to ask at the bar. When I did this the staff simply said we only have oat or almond left. Being gluten free and having a nut allergy this was very disappointing. I’ve stayed in premier inns and they are more equipped for various food allergies. Again when ordering off the menu in the restaurant I was very limited on choices and felt my portions were lacking compared to the normal menu
It was well located. Although basic, clean and functional.
Food in restaurant was uninspiring.
My greatest concern was lax security. I (female) checked in at 6pm. A friend (male) was coming to join me later so that we could catch an early flight.
There was no note of this on the hotel file. When my friend arrived, he was given a key to my room without any form of checking with me. Given the threats women experience at the hands of men this should never have happened… pleas review your security protocols!

Worst shower I've had in years! Temperature control not working, cannot be hang up properly, impossible to actually stand underneath...
