Food was good if not a little overpriced
Food was a bit overpriced but good quality
stayed for one night before flying to Rome, on arrival we were greeted by Zack, he was very accommodating from start to finish he upgraded us as it was my birthday and have us a voicher for two free drinks!!!!
Beautiful person and a credit to your hotel.
Stayed here with family overnight on March 6th 2026. Lovely staff, but room awful. Blood and urine on mattress topper, dirty toilet, dirty fridge, hair around kettle/ coffee making facilities, dirty tap in bathroom sink. Reported to reception, lady was very apologetic and offered us free drinks whilst room was cleaned. Went back to room about 30 minutes later, only to find exactly the same problems.( please see photos). Reported to receptionist and Duty manager, they moved us to a different room and promised that they would look into the problem. For the price that Radisson charge per room, per night, the standard of rooms offered is completely unacceptable. There was a single housekeeper, cleaning an entire section of rooms at 09.10pm, whilst a supervisor stood and watched, what is that all about??. I would not recommend anyone waste their money by booking a room at this hotel. The way it is managed and cleaned needs an extreme overhaul.

La gestione del check-in e soprattutto del checkout.
Al check-in ci è stato detto di chiedere la fattura al checkout che non ci sarebbe stato nessun problema.
Al checkout, invece, è risultato un problema e addirittura non volevano fare la fattura perché prenotando da booking non è possibile. Dopo avere insistito, proprio perché booking scrive chiaramente che la fattura deve farla hotel che incassa, mi ha fatto la fattura ma erano già passati 20 minuti.
Inoltre, lo scarico del rubinetto in bagno non funzionava bene e l’acqua non scendeva giù facilmente. La presa del phon non c’è in bagno ma in camera da letto e comunque non funzionava.
Walking distance to terminal
1. No signposts for drop off (10 minutes of drop off time wasted with cab)
2. Bathroom dated
3. NO WATER in the room - I mean @£200 plus/night.... Annoying
4. B&B level instant coffee stuff.. No capsule machine.... Again... £200+/night
Good free upgrade as promised form a previous lay disappointing stay.

The room was comfortable and very clean. I had a pleasant stay and everything was well maintained. I would happily stay here again.

Location within walking distance of the terminal. Very comfortable room and our meal was quite good for an airport hotel.
