Comfy bed, didn't like the bathroom at all.
Pros:

The room size was good and I loved the lobby.

Cons:

Not enough water from the basin taps, there was only a trickle actually and the basin was too low. and I didn't like the walk in shower in the bathroom. I didn't need a bathroom that was adapted for a disabled person.

Great stay, lovely staff and room offering excellent amenities and a very comfortable bed
Pros:

This was our second stay here and once again we were not disappointed. A fantastic touch/surprise to start our anniversary holiday trip. Staff were brilliant, so friendly and professional and our upgraded room was fantastic. Thank you.

Room uncomfortable- little thought for guests. Just take their money!

The location.

Cons:

The tap in the bathroom was a trickle.. it was as if there was a water shortage! The bed was at an angle; the tv on the wall was at the side of the bed so you had to sit sideways to watch tv in bed!! Very expensive room - not worth it!!

Great sleep, convenient stopover but should have avoided the catering at all costs.
Pros:

The room was very comfy and clean.

Cons:

The restaurant was terrible, overpriced and the food distinctly average at best. The service was good but we would actively avoid eating here again.

Pros:

No noise at all. Staff were helpful. Rooms were decorated very nicely

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work in our room and the TV switched itself off repeatedly after 3 mins. No internet. Switched rooms. Noisy conditioning, torn curtain, bath didn’t empty

Stuffy room then freezing with air con.
Bathroom appeared to have a wipe over rather than to look and feel clean.
Communications to adjust booking find out about parking and facts about parking prices inconsistent with website. Overall hard work ahead of the stay.
