Relaxing , comfortable , high standards
Pros:

Lovely pool and spa area ( free) , the whole atmosphere of the hotel with the soft lighting, lovely scents and polite staff made this a very relaxing place to stay as a layover . Good room service food. Complimentary water and fruit too. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful

Cons:

Liked it all! Out tv remote didn’t work and immediately they sent someone to sort it. Excellent customer service
