Last Part of the Stay ruin the whole impression

When I book through booking.com the way it was placed it clearly says that Breakfast included

The Hotel website quite was AUD 138 and booking 148 but I choose as breakfast included


When i went downstairs to have the breakfast the Hotel operator told me about this and I then told her and also chat with Booking.com

Have to pay AUD 15 pp
This make me frustrated as this misleading advertisement and I am Genius Level 3 Client I dont appreciate this service and question of trust is their

Lovely, comfortable accommodation, in a wonderful location and with free parking.
Pros:

Wonderful location for my plans in Melbourne.
Easy to get to from the west gate bridge, tunnel exit, and the free car parking!
Lovely room with detail to Manor style.

Cons:

I was unable to login to WiFi.
But as it was late ( around 11pm) I left it.
