Pros:

This was a super cool choice for my first stint in Melbourne. The location is great! It's a 3 minute walk away from the metro line, making it easy to get into the city center or anywhere else for that matter. The property is a classic old school manor that is well managed and maintained despite the fact that it shows its age! ;) The room I stayed in was a good size and quite comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good!

Yana, the manager is nice and accommodating. She was always readyto help and give suggestions.

Cons:

International roast coffee sachets. Next time I'd sooner scoop up dirt out of the garden and mix that. Instant coffee isn't great but a cup before you head off for a real espresso shouldn't be that bad. Get rid of them.

Pros:

We have stayed previously at Toorak Manor. The hotel is within walking distance of
Hawksburn station, Malvern Rd & Toorak Rd. Yana is professional, efficient and super friendly. We will return for sure, and will recommend to family & friends.

Sadly won’t stay here again!
Pros:

The location was good; we were able to find nice places to eat nearby and a walk into the city was really nice

Cons:

1) The cleanliness of the shower area
2) The bed was way too soft
3) The sheets were too short for the bed (really annoying)
4) The overall presentation was very tired and outdated.
5) The room wasn’t refreshed after two days, as promised.
