Gorgeous ambiance, was quiet, parking adequate, good location. Loved the interesting chair in the foyer.

Cons:

Shower needs a decent scrub, clean at t he top, but black in the grout down lower.
Nearly missed it , a larger sign would assist drivers.

Highly recommended.
Pros:

Fortunate to reserve the "honeymoon suite". Great size with balcony. King size bed with firm mattress. 5 minutes' walk to Malvern Road cafes and Woolworths/BWS.

Cons:

The continental breakfast offering could be improved. Muesli/bircher muesli would have been nice.

Perfect for a one night stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and the free parking is amazing. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and helpful and the instructions for checking in are much appreciated. We have stayed before and will absolutely stay again.

Cons:

The walls are super thin so you can hear people opening and closing doors a lot, if you stay in one of the rooms on the train line that can also be a little noisy, however it didn't bother us too much.

Pros:

The building is a lovely Victorian era mansion. High ceilings and large rooms. It is well located. Across the road from Hawksburn station. It's very easy to get into the CBD. There is also free parking.

Cons:

It's a bit noisy if you are in the front room.

La proprietaria della struttura è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo riscontrato un problemino in camera (abbiamo trovato tazze usate) ma ha fatto di tutto per ovviare all'inconveniente.
L'hotel è vicino alla stazione dei treni che porta in centro in circa 15 minuti di viaggio, molto comoda.

Cons:

La colazione non contempla opzioni per gli intolleranti al lattosio/vegetariani, quindi ci siamo comprati noi le cose e abbiamo consumato lì quindi non ne abbiamo usufruito in pratica ma è un dettaglio

It is 3 stops by train from Flinders street & about 1 & a half minutes walk from Hawksburn station.
Pros:

Comfortable room & bathroom. The fridge kept my beer very cold! The bosslady at the desk loaned me an alarm clock for an early morning flight I had to catch. Very appreciative.

Cons:

The shower in room12 took about 5 minutes to get the hot water flowing, (water wastage an issue).

The Room was very gloomy. It was on the ground floor with thick lace curtains, A deluxe room, but quite different from the photo shown on the website.

Schönes Herrenhaus, Zentral an Bahnverbindung und Cafés gelegen
Pros:

Er ist ein altes, schönes Herrenhaus. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett sauber und gemütlich. Saubere Handtücher. Das Hotel liegt zwei Minuten zu Fuß von der Bahnlinie entfernt. Nächstes Café drei Minuten zu Fuß. Man braucht kein Auto um in die Stadt zu kommen. Sehr praktisch sind die Parkplätze, die direkt um das Haus sind.

Cons:

Der Rest des Zimmers war nicht gut gepflegt, Fenster, Teppichboden staubig, Tassen hatten Kaffeeränder, wurden nicht gespült. Im Bad hing noch ein dreckiges TShirt vom Vormieter.
