Pros:

Room was clean and decent size

Cons:

Noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Petrol heads on motor bikes continue throughout the evening till early hours of the morning. The noise is deafening and invasive. Reception acknowledge this situation has gone on for ages and they can't do anything about it. Sleep is impossible

Для 3 звезд все хорошо. Постельные чистые, подушки хорошие. Отель требует реновации.
Pros:

Хорошее местоположение. Вид на море.

Cons:

Посторонний запах от нечищенного кондиционера. Мелкие недочеты в чистоте.

Price to value is very dissapointing.
Pros:

Clean and not expensive. Nice view from the balcony of rooms facing the sea.

Cons:

Absence of sound-proofing. Ironing facilities are almost not usable. Absence of any food (even) snacks at the bar. Low quality food in the restaurant.

Stay was OK
Pros:

Location was ok. Pool was good. Breakfast ok. Parking was good,
Close to a couple of good restaurants.

Cons:

Bit noisy at night, bathroom had a bath but no faucet to fill the bath! Weird.

Positively surprised
Pros:

Much better than expected, room was nice and spacious with balcony and a beautiful view from 3rd floor. Proper pool, even though slightly curved in shape, amazing for swimming plus the hydro-massage, about 20 m long (it was almost always empty during my stay, only a few sunbeds taken each time). It's located 7-8 km away from central Limassol but right by the beach, with easy access to the motorway, supermarket around the corner and some restaurant options to choose from. I was able to borrow a plug adaptor and beach towel at Reception - returnable deposit required in cash. Thank you!

Cons:

Breakfast was fine but could be improved - the room is dark and poor quality coffee (all staff super nice though, and very efficient). Only 2 lifts available, one is sometimes out of service.

Pros:

Staff try with what they have

Cons:

Dirty , old , toilet was loose , a band aid was stuck to the AC unit , the towel rack was half hanging off , old furniture and other items stacked next to car park , simply needs an overhaul , not sure how it’s achieving stars

Внимательный персонал, очень вкусные блюда в ресторане.

Cons:

Я был поражен, узнав, что не только у меня нет пробки от ванны - во всем отеле невозможно пользоваться ванными. Якобы несколько лет назад кто-то из гостей затопил нижний этаж. Но я выбирал номер именно с ванной, дома у меня душ. Почему я не имею то, что оплатил? Хамское решение хозяев отеля явно связано с высокой стоимостью воды на Кипре. Этот беспредел испортил все впечатление от неплохого отеля.
И да, матрас кровати кингсайз настолько плохого качества, что сгибается по краям. Всю ночь нужно просыпаться и вползать к центру, - иначе окажешься на полу. Опять-таки, сэкономили владельцы за счет гостей...
