We got.\nLocked out of our room and couldn't find anybody to let us in.All the doors were locked was finally able to locate the maintenance man who let us send him our room

Excellent Value
Pros:

Everything from the value, cleanliness, comfort to friendliness of the front staff. The location was great! The lady at the front desk is amazing. The pictures they use for their booking pictures are the actual ones of real rooms! We will most definitely stay here again next time we're in Branson!!

Cons:

Only thing was the ice machine was out of service in our building.

very comfortable, clean and spacious room. Very pleasant and accommodating employees.
Pros:

very clean room, comfortable bed. I love that there is vinyl flooring instead of carpet. So much cleaner

A good stay.
Pros:

Room was clean price was fair.The breakfast area was out of order but we had a good breakfast at another hotel.
