The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and pretty good. The room was a decent size and was very clean. The location was right near all the entertainment, which is what we came to Branson for.
The ice machine by our room wasn't working, we had to go out of our way to get it, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The walls are thin, I had a hard time sleeping because I heard everything going on outside the door. Anytime someone walked by or talked, which they did all night.
Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, comfortable beds, since they are remodeling they have other arrangements made for free breakfast!!!

Absolutely nothing was clean. Nothing including the heat worked. The cleaning crew didn’t understand English. The desk clerk tried to steal $300 cash from us and got caught!
They charged me a cancellation fee when I caught their clerk trying to steal $300 cash from me.
The air worked really well. The jacuzzi tub in the room was nice.
They didnt have breakfast and didnt let us know until we arrived. We called for an extra blanket and we're told there were NO extra blankets it pillows. there wasnt even an extra blanket in the room. There wasnt someone at the desk all night for questions or anything. I think thats why they wouldn't bring us extra linens. Mold on the bathroom wall. Flimsy chair in the room.

Exceptionally friendly check in experience! Always super clean. Very affordable. We will definitely stay there again. My only complaint is that when we left in the morning at 8:30 am the lobby was locked and we couldn’t turn in our key cards and they charge $5 for each key that isn’t returned.
They charge you for unreturned key cards, but the lobby was closed when we left for checkout

People next door was loud all hours of the night, no fault to the place though.
The room was large and clean.
Lobby was under construction. Requested 1st floor, got 3rd. 80 yrs old climbing stairs with luggage.The girl at lobby said its not that bad. Ice machine not working. All other rooms were being deep cleaned she said. No breakfast. I realize it was off season but it should not have been an option on booking.com.
Clean and comfortable
I was booked for a whirlpool room.Didnt have,or Wasn't ready.Ask for a refund. Got the run around. Decided to stay in reg.room there Then they Wanted a Deposit for $150.00 Never ever mentioned anywhere on line or in the so called office there.looks like they are in the Middle OF Remodeling it as well. Never been treated in such a way. And so far No Refund either. Highly for your own safety find an enjoyable. Clean and healthy dependable place to stay in Beautiful Branson. Mo

Nothing to look at
The main door was locked, never answered the phone calls, trash in the mail slot on the door, had to find another hotel. We were there for 30min calling the 2 numbers that were left in the door. Knocked on the 2 main doors, NOTHING!
