AWFUL!! Not going to recommend or give them any future business. We travel quite a bit and this was ridiculous!

The main door was locked, never answered the phone calls, trash in the mail slot on the door, had to find another hotel. We were there for 30min calling the 2 numbers that were left in the door. Knocked on the 2 main doors, NOTHING!

People just Amaze Me.
Pros:

I was booked for a whirlpool room.Didnt have,or Wasn't ready.Ask for a refund. Got the run around. Decided to stay in reg.room there Then they Wanted a Deposit for $150.00 Never ever mentioned anywhere on line or in the so called office there.looks like they are in the Middle OF Remodeling it as well. Never been treated in such a way. And so far No Refund either. Highly for your own safety find an enjoyable. Clean and healthy dependable place to stay in Beautiful Branson. Mo

Highly Recommended
Pros:

I have stayed here multiple times and never once did I feel uncomfortable or uneasy. I liked that I was able to feel at ease when coming and going at all hours of the day and night, because of the work that I do I’m in and out at all times of the day. The staff has always been kind and helpful, Haley even came to my room to show me how to work the heater during my first stay. If staff is not on the property at the time I get there to check-in they are there within minutes of calling. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The price is very reasonable. I look forward to more stay with them. Keep up the good work!

Cons:

Honestly, I had to think for a minute to even come up with something I didn’t like. Although it’s the off season a breakfast would be nice, but I completely understand.

Quick stop, very nice room.
Pros:

Just off the strip. Very clean and comfy.

Cons:

It’s got a trailer park behind it. I have stayed here several times and it’s never been an issue.

Won't stay again.
Pros:

The room was clean and nice.

Cons:

They was remodeling. Had to call just to be let in for our check in. Plus they didn't give us Wi-Fi password. Went back the next morning to get it and was told it was on our Key card paper. Guess what; it wasn't. Staff not very helpful.

The facility seemed to be clean and the price was fair.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small and the shower was uncomfortably low. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were awful.
