Staff very friendly. AC didn't work when we got there but they fix it right away. Breakfast was good.

My wife is gluten-free, they didn’t have much breakfast for the gluten-free except eggs. We were hoping they were served potato as well. That way glitch and people can have some decent breakfast. Maybe some fruit too.
The breakfast was amazing as usual.
There were some unruly guests staying at the same time we were. Their children kept running across the balcony, which was above our room. On our last day, we had to eat breakfast at a sister property down the road due to routine maintenance.
Location, motel was very clean, Manager was very nice.
We just didn’t like bed it wasn’t comfortable the shortage of towel but the staff was nice

Refrigerator wasnt the best & TV was pretty small.
We have stayed at this Inn for many years before and when "Grace" and her family had it. I'm sad that they retired, sold and moved from the area. Grace made Seven Gables the place you wanted to stay, they also had a "Deal" with our local Christian radio station. Seven Gables is still good, just not the same. Grace is gone, there's no deal with the radio station and this morning we had to go to the current owners other hotel to eat breakfast. 🫣🙄

No vending machines, ice only on 1 floor. Breakfast was not very good, last day no one was in office, no one answered phone calls and was not told where breakfast was being relocated because of issues.
The location is perfect for enjoying the Branson strip. It’s close to everything but is tucked away so there’s not heavy traffic.
