They charged $50 as deposit, but after about a week I found the amount had been posted, not returned. I called and asked them why, they said they didn't have the card information to return. I wasn't carrying a physical card so I unlocked my iPhone and let them tap. Is it their first day to use Apple Pay so they didn't know the card information was hidden? Why hadn't they asked for me card info in the first place when they knew it was an iPhone? Moreover, why didn't they just unfreeze the amount so that it won't be posted, which is a common practice for any other hotels. Does it mean that the money would have been theirs if I didn't notice it?
I walk with a cane.My request for a downstairs room was not received. The front desk staff made sure I was accommodated even though I waited 30 minutes more to check in. We didn't mind at all.
More Creamer for the coffee would of been nice also tea bags too.
Everybody keep to themselves customer service was good and I like that.
Room wasnt up to par I had leaks in the shower and I had a bad office chair just little things that made it not to comfortable and tv didnt work good.
Only thing I liked was checking out.
People live there like a motel on union the hall smells like weed on the way to the room amd there sketchy people call around hanging out

it was dirty disgusting had roaches. front desk was extremely rude. the entire place smelled like cigarettes. they had me write down my credit card number to refund the deposit that they never refunded. i ended up paying 100$ for the trashiest room i’ve ever seen, left it better then i found it and still never got my deposit back.
The room was in terrible condition. It took the ac hours to cool down the room. The hallways were hot and humid. They didn't have wash towels. Room had a roach infested smell but we didn't see any bugs thank God.
