Il check-in! Sentirsi rispondere che non è come in Italia , quando si chiedono informazioni sul livello di sicurezza dei parcheggi nn custoditi esterni. Richiesta giustificabile visto l'uso di una macchina noleggiata cabriolet con capote in tessuto.
Fa tristezza ! Non ci si aspetta un umorismo di questo tipo da un addetto al ricevimento. Sono battute inopportune, di cui rimane un eco, e che non ci si aspetta di sentire. Francamente non mi era mai successo.

Location was good

Cons:

The air con stopped working for 3 days, our request to move rooms or have a partial refund so we could go somewhere else was declined, so the cockroaches in the hotel room crawled over us as we had to sleep without sheets because it was too hot. We also discovered bed bug bites when we returned home.

Great location, lively and friendly
Pros:

The layout of the pool and the location - especially the back gate beach access.

Cons:

The airconditioning wasn't working. We were put in this room despite them knowing that and had to change mid-stay.

El detalle de ofrecernos una habitación más accesible para no tener que subir escaleras debido a la reparación de los ascensores.

Cons:

El desplazamiento, por parte de los usuarios, de las hamacas de la piscina que, en ocasiones, dificultaban el tránsito.

Safe clean refuge to escape to!!
Pros:

This place took us in when EasyJet cancelled our flight for 4 days and left us stranded!!!! The property was clean and basic but perfect to stay the staff were super helpful and saved the day as we were traumatised!!!

A lovely clean hotel with excellent staff and beautiful sea views
Pros:

Staff were incredible. I received a lovely check in experience and was given an upgrade. Food was delicious and plenty of variety. Great location

Cons:

The evening entertainment was a little flat.
