Location was perfect staff were friends except for 1 male was very rude on phone when I rang to say the room was not cleaned for 3 days, it said on info leaflet that rooms are cleaned daily
Room cleaning very poor takes around 1 hour per room and couldn’t see what they have done
Smell of raw sewage is a disgrace
Pool says it’s heated but it’s not

The location could not have been better. Two minutes walk to Pueblo Marinero and all the bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel has its own gated entrance to the beautiful Las Cucheras beach. Pool area very good with plenty of loungers and snack bar. Pool towels available. All public areas were modern and comfortable. The reception staff were excellent. Friendly and sorted problems efficiently.
The only thing which let the hotel down was the room cleaning. One day our room was left unmade and without clean towels despite asking a cleaner. We waited untill after 4pm before complaining to Reception. Fortunately the brilliant Reception staff sorted the cleaning immediately. What a pity this let the hotel down I would have given it an excellent rating otherwise.

Quick and easy check in,
Great spacious clean room with a great view of the beach and sea, great powerful shower, pool area was nice and clean with plenty of sun loungers, we were self catering and this hotel is central to all bars and restaurants, all within 15 minute walk, also only 20 minutes in a taxi from the airport.
Staff are very friendly who got us a taxi to return to the airport, this was our second visit and will definitely be using THB again.
When we went in September 2025 we had a choice of Mars, Snickers, Twix and Bounty ice creams but now just Mars and Snickers lol

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi les prix à Lanzarote sont aussi élevés. Et je me demande d'ailleurs : faut-il aller à Lanzarote ?!
Supposons que "oui", alors pourquoi pas cet hôtel. Mais heureusement que nous avons été surclassés avec une chambre vue sur mer. Parce que la vue sur la piscine, autant oublier ! Surtout si vous êtes au niveau de la piscine et pas à l'étage, vous voyez passer devant votre fenêtre tous les clients de l'hôtel. Mais à quoi pensent les architectes ? Petit déjeuner énorme mais où nous n'avons trouvé presque rien de mangeable parmi la multitude de produits industrialisés. Mais ça, malheureusement, c'est le lot des énormes structures et particulièrement en Espagne.

The staff were excellent especially the receptionists. Location excellent and back door to beach very helpful
We were in block two. Apparently the lift has been out of order for weeks. Guests struggling with luggage up a narrow staircase and no offer of help from staff. Outside paint flaking off in several areas of the hotel. Rooms need a refresh.

Super lokacija na samoj pjescanoj plazi, blizina aerodroma i do svih bitnih atrakcija na otoku treba do pola sata automobilom. Dorucak raznovrstan i ukusan, cistoca na nivou.
Hotel nema u ponudi lanch boxeve te smo zadnji dan platitli dorucak ali ga nismo koristili zbog ranojutarnjeg leta a nisu nam ponudili nista kao neku opciju da nadoknade to.
La ubicación es perfecta, tiene salida directa a la playa y al paseo maritimo.
Las vistas desde la habitación que dan al mar están fenomenal.
La limpieza es penosa, tuvimos que reclamar en recepción según entramos en la habitación. Las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento, el hotel tiene 3 alturas y no funcionaban los ascensores..

La ubicación es estupenda, tiene salida a la playa y está al lado de zonas de mucho ambiente, pero a la vez tranquilo. Personal muy amable. Habitación grande y limpia.
