Good facilities but could do better.
Pros:

The location. Ideal for town and beach

Cons:

They provide tea and coffee in the room but NO MILK. Two sachets of coffee had to last 14 days !!!

Modest Hotel, great location, great staff. Bar facilities could be improved.
Pros:

Location was lovely. Staff were extremely friendly everywhere from reception to dining (Guiselle) , to bar staff to cleaners. Food was delicious. We especially liked the freshly made pasta in the evenings and the omelettes every morning. Coffee & breads and the farmama wine were great.

Cons:

The lift didn't work for the whole week and we were on the third floor. It was difficult at 12midnight when we arrived, carrying the large cases upstairs. But on asking our cases were carried down for us no problem when we were leaving. Bar facilities could be improved. Not very inviting inside!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lanzarote Beach hotel. Plenty of facilities and very good value for money
Pros:

The property is located close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Good amount of sunbeds and umbrellas

The bed was a little hard for my liking

Pros:

Se službami jsme byli spokojeni, vše fungovalo bez problémů. Personál byl milý a ochotný. Jídlo nám chutnalo, výběr byl dostačující. Velkým plusem je skvělá poloha hotelu – blízko pláže i promenády. Celkově vše v pořádku, pobyt jsme si užili.

Excellent location and modern clean week appointed rooms
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect. We were lucky to have a sea view room which looked directly over Las Cucharas brach. There is an exit ar the back of the hotel which takes you right out onto the seafront promenade

Cons:

The lift was out of order for the majority of our stay so we had to climb the four flights of stairs to our room which with suitcases wasn’t a mean feat

It was a wonderful atmosphere thanks to fantastic staff and lovely guests.
Pros:

The staff! They were so friendly and helpful! And the pool was lovely. The food and drink was very good.

Cons:

Some areas were in need of fixing/updating. Our bathroom door had water damage, the wardrobe door wouldn’t stay closed, one of the lights didn’t work in the room, the gym did not have almost any weights, the treadmill didn’t work, the squash courts were closed.

Très bon séjour si ce n’est la remarque sur le dîner
Pros:

Chambres très bien vue sur mer, propre rien à dire, accueil du personnel impeccable et en plus parlant. Hôtel très bien situé.

Cons:

Étant en 1/2 pension, nous avons dîner mais c’est vraiment le point faible…, on cherche ce qui relève du thème du jour et qui pourrait être bien et les desserts n’ont aucun intérêt. les petits déjeuners sont corrects
