Good and enjoyed it
Pros:

The staff were excellent especially the receptionists. Location excellent and back door to beach very helpful

Cons:

We were in block two. Apparently the lift has been out of order for weeks. Guests struggling with luggage up a narrow staircase and no offer of help from staff. Outside paint flaking off in several areas of the hotel. Rooms need a refresh.

Super lokacija na samoj pjescanoj plazi, blizina aerodroma i do svih bitnih atrakcija na otoku treba do pola sata automobilom. Dorucak raznovrstan i ukusan, cistoca na nivou.

Cons:

Hotel nema u ponudi lanch boxeve te smo zadnji dan platitli dorucak ali ga nismo koristili zbog ranojutarnjeg leta a nisu nam ponudili nista kao neku opciju da nadoknade to.

La ubicación es perfecta, tiene salida directa a la playa y al paseo maritimo.
Las vistas desde la habitación que dan al mar están fenomenal.

Cons:

La limpieza es penosa, tuvimos que reclamar en recepción según entramos en la habitación. Las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento, el hotel tiene 3 alturas y no funcionaban los ascensores..

Pros:

La ubicación es estupenda, tiene salida a la playa y está al lado de zonas de mucho ambiente, pero a la vez tranquilo. Personal muy amable. Habitación grande y limpia.

Schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt im THB Lanzarote Beach Hotel
Pros:

Ich hatte insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut betreut.

Das Bett war äußerst bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Auch das Essen (Halbpension mit Frühstück und Abendessen) war wirklich hervorragend: sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Das Hotel selbst ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was mich persönlich jedoch überhaupt nicht gestört hat, da alles sauber und gepflegt wirkte.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war allerdings das warme Wasser: Beim Duschen kam leider nur sehr wenig warmes Wasser. Möglicherweise gab es hier ein Problem mit der Leitung.

Abgesehen davon war alles bestens, und ich kann das Hotel insgesamt weiterempfehlen.
