Unsafe, security at every doorway and was harassed while going in, very inconvenient. Smelled like smoke even in a non-smoking room. Felt like we were an inconvenience.

No hot water
Pros:

Would rate higher, except the hot water was off this morning between 4:00 and 7:00 A.M. My shower and shave routine is in the morning and I have to leave the hotel by about 5:30, so it was exactly the time I needed hot water. One would think this would be done overnight for a hotel or mid day when most people wouldn't be showering.
