El personal, todos muy amables y la ubicación. El desayuno correcto, y reponen hasta el último momento, las habitaciones amplias y la cama bastante comoda

Cons:

Fueron detalles, como el secador del pelo, que no tiene potencia o el agua mineral, que no es tal, solo la filtran y la cobran pero si te sobra no permiten llevarla a la habitacion, porque necesitan las botellas para rellenarlas.

Gute Lage - fehlendes Wohlfühlgefühl

Die Lage direkt an der Uferpromenade und in wenigen Schritten in der Altstadt. Loro Parque Zug in 5 Min erreichbar
Die Zimmer sind klein, aber dort wo wir waren, schön renoviert. Großes Bett. Es gibt aber noch andere, weniger schöne, Zimmer.
Nette Poollandschaft.

Cons:

Ich will mich beim Frühstück nicht in einer langen Schlange für einen Tisch anstellen. Auch nicht in den oberen Stock geschickt zu werden und keinen Tisch zu erhalten, obwohl genügend Tische frei waren - die gehören "privilegded people", die jedoch nicht auftauchen.
Wenig frisches Obst beim Frühstück.
3 Kopfpolster, die viel zu hart sind.
Es kommt kein Wohlfühlgefühl auf.

Pros:

My experience was extremely disappointing and the hotel does not meet 4-star standards — I would rate it closer to 2 stars.

The food was consistently bland, dry, and often unlabelled, making it difficult to know what was being served.

The pool was closed for maintenance during my stay, which was not made clear in advance.

I found several staff members to be unhelpful and, at times, rude. The hotel itself feels very dated and in need of significant refurbishment. The furnishings are old and uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere was not welcoming. Dinner service involved long queues each evening, which made the experience even more frustrating.

The “all-inclusive” offering was very limited and did not meet expectations. My room is also in poor condition, with curtains falling off the rails, and I have been repeatedly woken early in the morning by noise from staff.

Due to the overall experience, I have made the decision to cut my stay short and pay for an early return flight home. Sadly, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays i have had.

Improving every year,
Pros:

H10 Playa for the most part is enjoyable, great location, most of the staff really helpful & nice, ladies at the front desk leave a lot to be desired, check you in but don’t want to see you again, made to feel like a nuisance, similar to one particular Dining Room Manager absolutely no front of house manner, despite these set backs it improves year on year, Miranda the Hotel fire fighter is one of the Hotels best assets prepared to help with any issues,
