Pros:

El hotel reformado por dentro no por fuera está muy bien,la única objeción la tengo que hacer con la comida elegi media pensión y mejor no lo hubiera hecho dejaba mucho que desear

Lo manifesté en el anterior apartado todo correcto menos la comida dejaba mucho que desear para ser hotel de 4 estrellas

La atención 10/10 todo el personal muy atentos durante nuestra estancia, habitaciones limpias y tiene todo

Cons:

El tema del parking fue lo único que no nos gustó, un hotel muy cómodo y agradable pero al no tener parking había que dejar el coche aparcado muy lejos

After staying here for one week I feel I have to share my experience
Waited 40 minutes on arrival whilst two receptionist dealt with one family !!!
Pictures make the place look big think again
Room - superior … no room to swing a cat and my knees were touching the shower screen when using the toilet
Drain in shower couldn’t cope with the water and flooded the bathroom daily
No tea or coffee facilities in the room all very basic
Tv .. 2 channels in English both news channels
Food - rank no descriptions of what was there food regularly raw and the biggest fail no ice cream … tubs of frozen mouse
Staff where horrid except the bar men

My rating of this hotel is about 2 star

Good Holiday at H10 Tenerife Playa
Pros:

Visited the H10 Tenerife Playa for 8 days in May, our second visit. This Hotel is situated in a great location right on the sea front. We were initially given a ground floor room which we really did'nt want , it was very dark and in need of some TLC. Thanks to the reception staff this was rectified on day 2 when we were able to move to the third floor. Room was much better light & airy with a nice bathroom. Housekeeping was great staff were very fastidious and gave us a smiley "Buenos Dias" each day. We were on half board and enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, ample selection at both sessions. As platinum members of H10 we were also able to have a lunch on one day , and this was good too. Overall a good holiday and would recommend.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich, und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Den Fitnessbereich konnte man erst um 8:00 nutzen, der Poolbereich war erst ab 9:00 und nur bis 18:00 geöffnet.

Great hotel and wonderful
Pros:

Great hotel and wonderful attitude from all the staff. :) We were 80 people together from Iceland. The food could have been better, but everything else was great. I recommend it. :)
