Pros:

Left before breakfast was served in both visits

Cons:

Had to leave early both mornings ( before breakfast) - I saw there were breakfast bags available when I was leaving for other hotel residents but I wasn’t offered this.

Also on the first stay I was put in a room on the lower 3rd floor room when they knew they had a strong sewerage smell and I was only moved when a couple of hours later the smell was getting worse not better ( as I had been assured it would improve). I was exhausted after travelling so this delayed my rest and I needed to track and move to move rooms.

lujo clásico y buen servicio
Pros:

fabuloso desayuno y el comedor del hotel. Un buen gym y fantastico SPA a precio accesible para los huespedes del hotel. Hotel clásico y con habitación y baño grandes.

The room was not cheap but the bed was really comfortable. We were really disappointed though that there was no English

excellent séjour au Bristol
Pros:

C’est la seconde fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel et c’était de nouveau très bien malgré la grève. Le confort de la chambre, le super petit déjeuner, le personnel et l’emplacement. Pour notre prochain séjour à Oslo, c’est le Bristol que nous choisirons!

Cons:

le fait qu’il y avait la grève, le ménage n’a pas été fait dans la chambre néanmoins le personnel présent était là si besoin.

A beautiful hotel in Oslo , safe , comfortable, secure .
Pros:

Breakfast was great ! Water pressure fabulous! It was warm and cozy !

Cons:

I actually only stayed 2 nights , I checked out on the 17th not 18th , I was there with a big group of people .
The staff at The Bristol was unable to help me or help me with contacting Bookings.com to reimburse me for the night I didn’t stay . Can you help by chance ?
