It was a hair better than not great
Pros:

It was an okay location

Cons:

Photos make the hotel seem like it has a bar but the bar is closed at night. Beds were the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on in my life.

I had fun.
Pros:

I did not like the location. I will stay somewhere different the next time I come to OC and you need new mattress’s, but everyone was nice and I appreciate the hospitality.

Cons:

It was bike week and I requested a room away from the road and I got a room right in front of all the tables right in front of the pool where people were sitting outside being loud and obnoxious for most of the evening. It was fine but next time I will stay somewhere else.

Pleasantly surprised !
Pros:

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very nice. Better than expected. Nice bonus having the restaurant attached to the hotel. Excellent cappuccino.

Cons:

Hallways could have smelled fresher.
