Great stay and I would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

First time at Best Western Plus on 61st street Ocean City, Maryland. We have stayed at the property owned Sea Bay before but decided to try the BW. We stay at this area since we visit Fager's Island right next door. This way we can easily walk to it and not need our car.
The good:
Very clean.... bathroom was super!
Staff at front desk were nice...checked in at 2:30pm and our room was ready!
Maid service was prompt
Balcony had nice size to it
Pool was decent
Good value.... paid $431 for three nights (Sunday Wednesday in late August)
Easily walk to several restaurants and had a Dunkin few blocks down

Cons:

The bad...
Really nothing bad. Unfortunately, we had a room overlooking the propane tanks or whatever they were below. Kinda of an eyesore. It did face the pool area and street looking south. Guess somebody got to get this room. Next time I'll request not to have this room.

Would stay here again
Pros:

Every other hotel was over 300 a night and they were dirty . Our room did smell a little stuffy, but it was clean and spacious. Our other family members stayed at another hotel and they charged 340 a night and did not even have a elevator.

Cons:

Smell was a little stuffy.

Needed a receipt for the stay. Hotel passed it off to booking.com. hotel said they don't provide receipts. I still don't have a receipt.
