Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and heating for a comfortable stay. Additionally, ironing facilities and a free map of Perth are provided for your convenience.

Please let Mountway Holiday Apartments know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that for guests booking on the same day of check in, an AUD $200 refundable cash deposit may be required upon arrival.

Opening hours from 08:30 until 17:00 hours on weekdays, and from 09:30 to 14:00 hours on weekends.

Guests arriving outside reception opening hours (late night or early morning) must inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival when booking so that arrangements for an after hours check-in can be made.

Please note that guests arriving after 24:00 must also book the night they are arriving, as check in is from 14:00 and check out is at 10:00.

Very good stay. Always stay there. Excellent location. Easy.
Pros:

Always stay there. Very convenient. Good price. Very clean. All that is needed. Restaurant up the hill close and great food there too. Room and kitchen spotless. Shower great. Bed comfie.

Cons:

No fresh milk. Tv didn’t connect to wifi.

Good place for a short stay when all you need is a clean bed and a shower.
Pros:

Great location and fair value for the price. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The late check-in was smooth and easy.

Cons:

The room was tidy but felt seedy, definitely in need of renovation. Free, secure parking is available, but only if you arrive before others.

Cons:

Not enough car parks behind the gate got blocked in by a car not registered for being there. Balcony windows no fly screens. Room had a very musty smell

The whole experience of staying there too noisy People screaming at 1 o’clock in the morning uncomfortable bed I’ve worked in the motel in maintenance side for a few years and renovated a lot of rooms. I wouldn’t have given you $50 for the night. Rather spend $300 somewhere else.

It was so good only being walking distance to centre.
Only short distance to airport. Just very convenient.

Cons:

Only thing I will say, but only minor, there were crockroches running around in kitchen and bathroom, but only early hours of a morning and late at nights

Pros:

Das Zimmer war angenehm groß.

Cons:

Sehr abgewohnt und nicht besonders sauber. Patio konnte man wegen Lage an Autobahn und undichten Fenstern nicht nutzen. Das Fenster in der Küche und im Flur konnte nicht geöffnet werden, zum Lüften und beim Kochen mussten wir die Außentür öffnen. Die Innentüren haben ständig gequietscht. Auf dem Weg zum Zimmer verläuft an der Decke das Abflussrohr von den Duschen und dieses war an mehreren Stellen undicht. Sehr laut, da unmittelbar an der Autobahn gelegen und keine dichten Fenster. Ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

OK once we were able to get in, but a 3.5 rating
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Apart from locked gate code given, we were given NO further instruction on how to get in after hrs. We had to phone the manager. Our room didn't have a number on it & the door lock was dodgy. Traffic noise very loud.
