Situated between Kings Park and the city center, our 69 studio apartments offer easy access to Perth's top attractions. Guests can also make use of BBQ facilities, free parking, and a tour desk on site.

Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and heating for a comfortable stay. Additionally, ironing facilities and a free map of Perth are provided for your convenience.

Important information:

Please let Mountway Holiday Apartments know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that for guests booking on the same day of check in, an AUD $200 refundable cash deposit may be required upon arrival.

Opening hours from 08:30 until 17:00 hours on weekdays, and from 09:30 to 14:00 hours on weekends.

Guests arriving outside reception opening hours (late night or early morning) must inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival when booking so that arrangements for an after hours check-in can be made.

Please note that guests arriving after 24:00 must also book the night they are arriving, as check in is from 14:00 and check out is at 10:00.

OK once we were able to get in, but a 3.5 rating

Cons:

Apart from locked gate code given, we were given NO further instruction on how to get in after hrs. We had to phone the manager. Our room didn't have a number on it & the door lock was dodgy. Traffic noise very loud.

Skvělá lokalita kousek do Kings parku a na druhou stranu do města. Pokoj ac má své za sebou byl celkem čistý. Vcelku dobře vybavená kuchyňka, funkční koupelna.

Cons:

Staré zařízení a celkově je apartmán zralý na celkovou rekonstrukci. Pokud máte otevřené dveře na balkon, tak je slyšet velice hlučná dálnice. Nebyl zde k dispozici fén.

Probably wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, it is a gated apartment block with a key pad, sheets and towels were fluffy and clean.

Cons:

The door didn't latch securely, I had to see reception and use the deadlock to feel safe. The floors need mopping, they left my feet black. The buttons on the microwave didn't work. The pain job was very rough and dark making the space really closed in.

Economical overnighter- close to everything
Pros:

Location was handy for an early morning checkout to head to Hollywood Hospital. Off street gated free parking. Motel unit had everything we required, yes its on the freeway and there was background freeway noise but not excessive. Perfect for an overnight stop when we live 2.5 hours from Perth CBD.

We survived - as luckily we did not stay in there for too long each day.

Location to transport.
The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The whole unit - very stuffy. Not game enough to turn on the air conditioning.
I believe it was advertised as a 1 bedroom apt with 2 beds - it was 1 ROOM with 2 beds a TV, small cupboard and nothing else. There was a table and 2 plastic chairs on a tiny verandah which was impossible to use as the place was right beside a large freeway.

Location is good, near a cute cafe and bookstore and easy walk over to the city. Nice to have a kitchen.
