Situated between Kings Park and the city center, our 69 studio apartments offer easy access to Perth's top attractions. Guests can also make use of BBQ facilities, free parking, and a tour desk on site.

Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and heating for a comfortable stay. Additionally, ironing facilities and a free map of Perth are provided for your convenience.

Please let Mountway Holiday Apartments know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that for guests booking on the same day of check in, an AUD $200 refundable cash deposit may be required upon arrival.

Opening hours from 08:30 until 17:00 hours on weekdays, and from 09:30 to 14:00 hours on weekends.

Guests arriving outside reception opening hours (late night or early morning) must inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival when booking so that arrangements for an after hours check-in can be made.

Please note that guests arriving after 24:00 must also book the night they are arriving, as check in is from 14:00 and check out is at 10:00.

A one-night stay, convenient location.
Pros:

Had good space in the rooms. Was in a easy walk to the conference centre and much cheaper than most hotels in the area.

Cons:

Was very dated with the decor/ bathroom etc, but everything seemed to work ok. Was quite noisy with the balcony overlooking the freeway just outside the room.

Pros:

Great spot, near the exhibition centre (an easy walk to the exhibition centre and the cbd) and near King's Park. Easy to come and go. Had no issues. Everything was clean and there is air-conditioning and the basics you expect.

Cons:

There is some road noise if that is an issue, the reception is open only standard hours, and as I was at the conference for long hours I didn't encounter any staff (besides the out of hours staff member). It wasnt an issue for me but depends on your needs. Overall the building and facilities are old and not flash but clean and not broken so if you are on a budget and are OK with that, this place is a good option.

Great location for my travels around the city. The facilities in the room were great.
Pros:

Great room for the price. Exceeded my expectations. Excellent location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Had trouble with the internet constantly dropping out, and had difficulty accessing streaming services on the television
