Difficult to check in as office closed in their opening hours. Had to ring number twice before we got self check in information.
Location was perfect
The room was very spacious and comfortable.
It would have been better if there was a shower curtain to stop water from getting over the floor
Reception staff rude and wouldn't hold any bags n reception for an hour

It was an easy walk to the Town centre.
Room was comfortable. Temperature control was good. Shower was always hot.
The wheelchair shower in room 2 did not have good drainage. Water spilled out towards the basin and toilet area making the area wet and slippery. There was no room in the deep freeze. It needed to be defrosted.
The place was quiet enough however I wished I had a “Do not disturb sign” for when I was sleeping during the afternoon around 2.00pm. I got a knock on the door on Friday and Monday most likely to service the room. I would much rather designate a time when this could be done. Eg Friday I was out 9.00am - 1.00pm. Saturday I was out all day. Sunday I was out 9.00am - 1.00pm. I needed the one hour sleep each day time without being disturbed.

Great place to stay close to city of Ballarat. We would definitely recommend and stay again. We stayed there with 2 adults and 2 kids, we all had a great experience
The second bedroom with the single beds has a number lock on the door that i felt was very weird. Yes you had the code to get in if you shut the door but still felt really strange to me.

Shower was a little mouldy in the grout, a bit untidy.

It was in walking distance to shops, foods and drinks. The bed were so comfortable but all up in up the room was amazing they were so clean and tidy. The workers were so nice and friendly so it made me and my son feel welcomed
