The property is fine, it has parking space, location is perfect, room is clean however the staff are a little bit rude and not helpful. I hide my wallet in the room since I went out for a run and don’t want to bring it with me then forgot to take it out upon check out, I called them immediately after I realize and told them where it was hidden but no action being done. Instead, told me “why did u left it there when you know it was there?” It was obvious, “I forgot!” I went back to Ballarat again from CBD, checked in again to check it myself but mo wallet found. I was already expecting somebody took it just don’t want to admit cause there is cash inside the wallet and not just a little amount of cash. Very disappointing. I just let them have it, karma will always come back.
