Quiet area with a clean, spacious room comfortable bd and luxurious linen.
Pros:

The property is always clean. Rooms are spacious. The added bonus is a microwave, crockery and cutlery.

Cons:

This stay when I arrived a woman at the other end of the building continually talked loudly with another person. This reoccurred again at around 11pm, lasting at least 30 minutes.

Have stayed in the past and it’s been good, this couldn’t have been worse
Cons:

When I arrived the room had not been cleaned. There was a pizza box on the bench, the bed appeared freshly slept in and wet towels on the floor. When I brought it up with the manager he kept saying he thought I wasn’t coming or something. He then tried to cancel the booking after I’d checked out to make it seem like i had cancelled. Super rude throughout as if he hadn’t just given me an uncleaned room
