Great location, easy checkin checkout process with door code rather than key.
Quite an old fashioned decor vibe but fine for us. Rooms a little dark, a freshen up with white rather than dull eggshell colour paint would go wonders 😊

No staff in attendance i had no where to go i had to call an ambulance and stay in emergency waiting room. I want a full refund and 1 free nights accommodation on august 20

Location was central, bottom floor room with free parking available under cover. It was winter so the heating was excellent and warm in the room.
When we arrived and checked in, there were no towels provided, only 1 glass and 1 mug (booked for 2 people) and no toilet paper. Obviously, the house cleaning hadn't restocked in which once we let reception know they fixed those up. Also, there was a big puddle of water on the tiles in the bathroom next to the spa and hair on the bathroom floor and rubbish in the bedside draw. (Indicating to me it defiantly had not been cleaned properly). Further to this we went out for the evening and come back there was a big wet stain on the carpet in front of the fridge my partner stood in and wondering what it was. He found the fridge temperature had been turned right down and defrosted leaving about a metre x metre of wet carpet. Very disappointed in the overall experience and will not stay again or recommend.
