Pros:

They gave us a free upgrade..so that was a nice surprise.. the room was very nice..

Cons:

The water wasn't hot..it got a little warm then went cold straight away.. I would have told them this at check out, but the office wasn't open..

Pros:

The location was satisfactory, due to its being near fast-food facilities.

Cons:

I stayed one night at this motel and woke up covered in multiple bites due to bed bugs, which strongly suggests the room was infested.

This indicates a serious lack of hygiene and room maintenance. Sleeping in a bed with bed bugs is unacceptable and causes physical discomfort.
I would not recommend staying here until this issue is properly addressed and treated by professionals.

Pros:

The price but you get what you pay for
This motel needs a major lot of upgrades and the rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint
But i like it the way it is, to me its the right price for me

Cons:

A worker was doing something outside my room window ( Morning ) second floor
Nobody told me about about this
He scared me when i seen him there
And i had to shut my blinds for the day

Pros:

the room was relatively good value for money.

Cons:

there was a lot of noisy people in my floor ( room 19) .also after i booked it was very confusing how
to get the room number. i messaged the booking chat and no one replied . i found after speaking with someone that all the info i needed was all in a text message.

No reception. Email notification of passcode for door entry. Sent about the time we arrived The system worked remarkably well. Lovely room, great value. Ideal downtown location

Pros:

Arrived 6.19pm and reception was closed. Phoned the number on the door, but no answer. Phoned booking.com and the digitised voice commiserated with me but was also no help as it asked me to phone the number in the booking, which was the number that did not answer. Another guest happened to be talking with the manager about a problem he had about extra towels let us talk to him and eventually we received a text to let us get in.

Cons:

It was a hot day and the air-conditioning did not work. Could not tell anyone about it, as reception was closed.
