The shower sprayed everywhere

Day 1.The television was useless. Could not get national stations. Reported to staff member who said he would tell his manager.
Day 2. TV not replaced or fixed. Air-conditioning would not hear sufficiently.
Don’t stay anywhere else it’s a perfect location and super quiet

There were so many issues air con and the shower head was loose

Room and facilities dirty. Shower needs good scrub the build up at screen joins was gross. And I dont know when last vacuumed under bed... But it was filthy. Never saw any staff just a text with room code to enter. Not to the high standard it was several years ago. Smoke butts in pot plants, spider webs on doors and windows, no pools area any more.
Room was lovely and clean. Check in with PIN code was so easy.
We weren’t aware that our room was upstairs. I have medical issues which sometimes wouldn’t allow me to tackle stairs, but fortunately this time I was ok.
We were some of several smokers staying and general consensus was that some chairs would have been lovely. (And decent ashtrays would alleviate using pot plants.)
