Won’t stay and again and won’t recommend either
Pros:

Only thing I liked it was close to everything

Cons:

The 2 rooms we had smelt of cigarettes even the little ashtray bins were not emptied
1 room had no toilet paper or hand cleanser
1 room did not get serviced the next day
The other room only took the wet towels nothing more was done
The 3rd room I repeatedly asked to at least postpone those days as my friend was as unable to make it
Zero response from owner !! No communication whatsoever!!
He wasn’t even there reception was closed and we were there for 2 nights and no one at all around!!

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Location was perfect. We were going to Sovereign Hill for the day so very happy with it all.
We can't comment on staff as we saw or spoke to no one. Check-in codes were text to us and we left swipe card in room when leaving. It was all very convenient and easy. Great way to do it, thank you. We would stay here again.

Good location, mid everything else.

Location was good.

Cons:

Room was tidy but not clean which was disappointing given the cleaner was still in our room when we arrived. We found hair on the walls in the bathroom and in the shower, the toilet seat kept breaking, the microwave was filthy, and there were marks on the wall above the table where drinks had been splashed.
Check in instructions could have been clearer that a random text at check in time.
