Hotel showing age
Pros:

Friendly staff and good breakfast

Cons:

Water line break, water line break, lots of kid running above our room and noise. Not much rest. No hot tun, key cards not working ro outside doors or not locking at all, handicap chair motor missing.

Hotel needs work. Needs upgrades. However, the staff in all areas was exceptionally. The bedding and beds were excellent
Pros:

I will not be returning!!!
Pros:

The hotel’s close proximity to start our commute the next morning was convenient for our stay.

Cons:

The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and I showed the front desk a video I took as proof. There was also a bug on the blinds. The breakfast was meh. The pancake machine was not making pancakes correctly, the omelets were nasty, and both the Cinnabons and banana nut muffins were really sweet. The dining area was a little warm, but it was clean.

I would definitely stay here again if I cruise out of Jacksonville again
Pros:

Breakfast was good but we were told about their wonderful coffee that we just had to try. Unfortunately, someone forgot that coffee cups were an essential part of trying the coffee and there were no coffee cups at breakfast. Needs were very comfortable and there were no noise problems at all with the location of the hotel. It was also 1 mile from theport which was exceptional.

Cons:

No cable the night we stayed but that wasn't the hotel's fault and no coffee cups for coffee the morning of our departure. Due to not having coffee available in our rooms, there was no way to have coffee that morning. That was a major disappointment since Wed been told the night before how good their coffee was. Better attention to inventory is definitely needed.
