Cons:

No food when you have a late flight. Told Wendy’s is not good. Told dirty, not friendly and people get sick from the food

Nice hotel and clean but staff was not forthcoming with issues

Close to the cruise port which was a good location for me

Cons:

The TV was not working and I was not informed when I checked in. I tried to turn it on and got an error signal. When I went to tell the front desk they had a sign up then about Comcast being down. When I talked to the gentleman at the desk he said it had been down since Wednesday. I checked in on Sunday.

lvp flooring, noisy, due to dietary restrictions and allergies, unable to eat breakfast. the water had a bad odor to it. TV services were not available. not enough towels and wash rags in the room upon arrival.

Excellent. Wonderful check in by a sweet young lady and they stored our luggage until check in time

It’s close to the port…
Pros:

We were leaving out on a cruise and this was the closest hotel to the port. We had 2 rooms booked. The location is close to the port and that’s about it. There’s a Wendy’s that it shares the parking lot with but pretty much everything else shows a “long distance delivery fee” with DoorDash however far that means. The rooms themselves weren’t terrible as far as size. They didn’t have a coffee pot as advertised. They said they had 24/7 coffee in the lobby but 1 of the 2 coffee pots was broken and the 2nd was also having issues which led to long lines in the morning. It wasn’t a very good system. I was also really disturbed when I saw a cockroach crawling through the room. I’m from the south near water and am used to the water bugs that get in everywhere but this was an actual brown cockroach so I wasn’t thrilled to see that. The room seemed clean so it seemed strange to see the roach but something brought it in. Overall I wasn’t super impressed. It’s ok if you’re looking for something close to the port but just kind of be mindful of some of the cons.

Pros:

The entire hotel is good; however, we couldn't sleep during the nights we stayed there. The people on the floor above us were running and jumping around in the middle of the night, so we didn't get any sleep at all. We spoke to the front desk, but the situation remained exactly the same.

The hotel itself was very nice and I was leaving on a cruise the next day so the location was amazing
