The pool was lovely, warm and relaxing. The restaurant was amazing. Staff was polite.
No place to sit around the pool. Many people needed early check-in and the ability to accommodate that was limited. It seems that this is a chronic issue given flight arrival times so staff must be tired of dealing with it. Tough for incoming guests, especially those who come in on red eye flights.
Location to the beach.
Boutique means small. Room, bath, lobby, bar/restaurant were small
Quaint and charming. Excellent beach accessibility. A variety of restaurants within walking distance and a nice soaking pool.
Rooms, while clean, could use some sprucing up- fresh coat of paint, etc. We stayed in 2 different rooms during our visit- one bed was comfortable, the other was beginning to concave. The restaurant on site was unimpressive, and it would've been nicer to have accessibility to purchase soft drinks, etc. instead of ordering from a high priced menu only to be told they don't have the ingredients to prepare said order.
Great location, it was a unique property with so much charm, right on the beach
No vending machines on site to grab a water, or soda. Our bed was uncomfortable.
Close to the beach, quaint, clean.
That check in was so late! You don’t even get a 24 hour stay for the cost of a room.
The worst experience ever, they don't even clean my room, the tv remote was broken, no towels is the shower wow can't believe the worst place to stay
Enjoyed our stay. Was a little more busy than expected, but overall very nice area. Nice location to the beach and restaurants.
The view of the beach would have been better but that was something you couldn't control.
The location was perfect for the beach! Parking garage less than a 10 minute walk at the hospital!
The beds were really uncomfortable. It was also really loud. Doors closing, people, ect.
location to beach is nice
Ceiling was leaking in bedroom. Noisy! When I told front desk about leak they didn’t seem surprised at all lol
beach location was great. Loved the restaurant Niche
The unavailability of front desk. Being able to check in early or add hours of late departure. Would have been willing to pay extra fee. When we returned at 4 to check-in No one at front desk. No water or snacks available at facility
We’ve come here for years. Our flight was cancelled, and we had to leave our ten day stay with Vrbo for the Acacia until our flight home.
I thought we ordered up a Queen Bed with balcony through Booking.com but were given a more expensive “accessible” room on the first floor. (I’ve got beef about Booking.com and hope they address a message I sent.)
Somewhere behind our room, maybe it’s the property behind the hotel, is a machine that makes a loud, churning sound for five minutes every hour.
Workers should be a lot quieter in the early morning hours.
They need to make repairs pronto!
Hotel is in a great location - very easy walk to Condado area restaurants and Loiza Street restaurants and easy beach access. Staff was very nice and easy to interact with. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and clean. The hotel was a very cool and unique, we liked the character of the design. They did have beach towels you could check out which was very helpful.
Would have liked more common area seating outside - the pool area was small and didn't allow for many chairs.
I loved the area, the hotel was very clean, super friendly staff. Near the beach. Felt very comfortable.
