Nothing but the staff
The internet was awful, the hotel hot tub didn’t work no elevator in a senior and the steps were too much , I asked for my room to be cleaned it never was had to run down stairs for towels every day just a bad stay a I travel 3-4 times a year this was by far the worst experience ever
Close to beach and nice area .!def will stay again .

The check in time
The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The small pool was a nice extra bonus.
The aircon worked well and was quiet.
Check in is at 4pm which is the latest I've ever experienced, at any hotel, ever. Check out is at 11am. If you need 5 hours to clean rooms, then perhaps you should hire more cleaning staff. Its very inconvenient, having to wait that long to check in.
The younger guy at check in seemed absent and spent most of the time either chatting with the cleaning lady or flirting with the female guests. This is something you would expect to see at a youth hostel, not at a boutique hotel. He definitely did not seem like he cared about his job very much, as opposed to the other staff which were service minded and friendly.
Lastly, my t-shirt got white paint on it as I left the hotel, because the freshly painted walls weren't marked or had any kind of sign or notice on them.
Nice location and ambience
Nothing to put here
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay and Exceptional Staff
My child and I had a wonderful stay at Acacia Boutique Hotel. What began as an unexpected last-minute booking turned into one of the highlights of our trip to Puerto Rico.
The staff was exceptional—warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Alex, Arielle, Johanna, the housekeeping team, and the restaurant staff for making us feel right at home. Their kindness, attentiveness, and hospitality made all the difference.
The property itself is charming, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. Our room included a refrigerator, flat-screen television with a wide variety of channels and streaming options, quality toiletries, and other amenities that made our stay easy and enjoyable. The heated pool was a particular highlight—there is something special about relaxing under the Caribbean sky after a day of exploring Puerto Rico.
Acacia also has an excellent restaurant on-site with delicious food, which was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a child. For solo travelers, couples, and families alike, having quality dining steps away is a huge plus.
I also appreciated that Acacia has a sister property, Wind Chimes Boutique Hotel, just a block away. Both properties are beautiful, well-maintained, and offer inviting pools and a boutique atmosphere that feels personal and welcoming.
The location is fantastic—just steps from Condado Beach and within walking distance of numerous restaurants, cafés, and coffee shops. Coffee lovers, in particular, will find plenty of great options nearby.
We felt safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The entire team exemplifies Puerto Rican hospitality at its finest. I highly recommend Acacia Boutique Hotel and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Puerto Rico.
LOVED EVERYTHING
Easy access to the beach, lots of local eateries within walking distance
Room was smaller than expected, bed was a bit uncomfortable. Minimal water pressure in the shower and the sink was stopped up in the bathroom.
Love the look of the hotel
It was perfect
Super cute for what we paid for!
Parking was a little hard to find due to the location.
