Comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

Comfortable room in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to most things that you need. There is a great restaurant attached.

Cons:

The place could do with a bit more maintenance. You have to lift all your cases upstairs to your room. Wifi was not very stable. No room safe.

Cons:

No elevator, Room 103 should be for solo travelers. No room for luggage for 2 people, pedestal sink in bathroom loose from wall, everything looks dirty, the bed horrible (an old camping topper on top of mattress) and you can hear everything from lobby.

Pros:

Amazing location steps from a beautiful beach! Tons of great food choices a block a way! Uber to airport was less than $15 and only about 10 minutes away.

Pros:

Beautiful facility, great location!
Pros:

The Acacia Boutique Hotel deserved more than the single night we spent there. It's a beautiful building, our room was clean and lovely, with a balcony from which we could see the beach. The location can't be beat, and the ample hot pool (way more than a "tub") was a delight! Restaurants and entertainment are nearby, but the beach is mere steps away. My only quibbles -- the wifi was weak and intermittent, and the mattress was a bit soft for my liking. On one occasion we had to wait a minute or two to get the staff's attention, but in every other circumstance they were helpful.

Lots of character, good location, wonderful restaurant and beautiful warm pool.
Pros:

The pool was lovely, warm and relaxing. The restaurant was amazing. Staff was polite.

Cons:

No place to sit around the pool. Many people needed early check-in and the ability to accommodate that was limited. It seems that this is a chronic issue given flight arrival times so staff must be tired of dealing with it. Tough for incoming guests, especially those who come in on red eye flights.

Quaint and charming. Excellent beach accessibility. A variety of restaurants within walking distance and a nice soaking pool.

Cons:

Rooms, while clean, could use some sprucing up- fresh coat of paint, etc. We stayed in 2 different rooms during our visit- one bed was comfortable, the other was beginning to concave. The restaurant on site was unimpressive, and it would've been nicer to have accessibility to purchase soft drinks, etc. instead of ordering from a high priced menu only to be told they don't have the ingredients to prepare said order.
