Condado Beach stay
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The room is advertised as ocean-view but was not. We were on the second floor. At one time it may have been ocean-view but now there are tall buildings blocking the view. We did talk to staff and they said Booking.com needs to change the advertising of the room. Staff did say the third floor rooms have an ocean-view. But keep in mind there is not an elevator.

Great place to land in Puerto Rico
Pros:

The desk clerk, Brian met us with such a smile. It was a great happy landing.

Cons:

Could use a little maintenance around the edges. But right on the beach and short walk to anything you need

The staff were very nice! Also it was very close to the beach and pier.

Cons:

I’m asthmatic so I didn’t like walking 3 flights of stairs. But that’s my hang up. No elevators. However, if they had elevators it would take away from the Spanish style rustic decor. So actually this is a compliment instead of saying something bad about the hotel. If I wasn’t asthmatic, I would enjoy going up the stairs. So please don’t use this from renting a room at this hotel.

The aesthetics were absolutely beautiful. The walk to the beautiful beach was less than two minutes. The hotel restaurant was expensive, but very good! The hotel reminded me of a beautiful villa in Spain or Italy. Staff was great and very helpful.

Cons:

Lack of amenities. No elevator. If you have mobility issues, either stay on the first floor or do not stay at all.

Pros:

For me a cane toting senior the first floor location was great; the other times I stayed at Acacia I was on upper floors and w/ no elevator, well it was difficult to say the least.

Cons:

Rooms are still not updated but I ignored that. Noisy de-humidifiers kept blaring but you get used to it; noises from elsewhere every now and then, well, you get used to that too
