Kasa Arlington Dallas

The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. Navigating around the building was complicated (signs would be nice), and the elevator and halls weren’t always the most tidy. Location was perfect. Easy access to coffee shop, within walking distance to College Park Center. Would stay here again.

Our stay was perfect! The location was spot on for UTA orientation. We were able to walk to everything including restaurants!

Great place for the price! Pool and gym are nice and we had them all to ourselves while there. I would stay again! Thank you!

We booked for the pool, outdoor BBQ, and location. When we arrived, Kasa notified us the pool/BBQ was “under construction”. We went to open our unit and a man was inside, who claimed to be working on the network. He locked door and made us wait in hallway for several minutes. So weird!
This is apartments that seem to be for college students, so was run down and filthy. They trick you with a cool lobby space, but that was the only tidy area on the property.
The elevator nearest our unit was out, so we tried stairs. There is literal trash and vomit throughout the stairwell. Exterior door knobs were damaged on several floors, so you couldnt even gain entry. The only working elevator is across the property, and hallways smell putrid. Every walk to the unit was dreadful. Day 3 of 4, one of our showers suddenly lost water. All cabinets and baseboards in bathrooms have water damage.
It could be a cool place but the overall property is poorly maintained and was not worth our money. Instead of BBQing ourselves, the only plus side was closeness to good bars/food- though ended up being even more expensive that way.

Our Kasa was amazing. The property hallways however were dirty and some doors were broken. Our Kasa was cleaned and well kept.

I will never book at a kasa again. Poor communication about how to access the property, access codes did not work, parking area was changed an hour before check in, the room was nothing like the pictures, yhem i was informed 5 minutes after check in tome that there was going to be a mandatory inspection and if I didnt comply i would be charged a $250.00 fee/ fine, totally unacceptable.

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS! The owners must be posting them. The location was convenient for my office visit. My flight was delayed and after hours check in was nearly impossible. There is no open door to enter, I only got in because someone had propped open a main door. I walked around the entire building, twice. The elevator was not working (and we were not informed of that at booking) and I don't know if it ever worked. I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with all my bags. Passing several people hanging out on the stairs smoking pot. I hadn't eaten and thought I could grab a bite nearby, but was afraid to leave and not get back in. My office had sent a package for my arrival which even now they cannot find. They advised they were not responsible for any deliveries. I told them they should not have accepted & signed for the package. Still trying to find out where all that is. They say they are investigating but going to reach out to Arlington PD for a real investigation due to the cost of the contents. The stairways were filthy, no lights on the 4th floor. DON'T GO!

It isn't my intention to be mean but this was 1 of the most terrible hotel experiences I've ever had. Starting with accessing parking, the building & the room, just terrible. They did provide a ton of instructions but they weren't really helpful. I had no idea that we'd be on the 6th floor in basically the last apartment-room on the floor, & had to walk down 4 hallways in a U-shape because the elevator by the room wasn't working. Again, not informed, so here I am with 2 kids carrying luggage, groceries, etc. to this super far away room. Parking was horrible in the garage & only goes up to the 5th floor, but luckily I was able to find parking on the street.

The hallways smelled like trash & curry. And I didn't know that this was like a "college student" type of building, so there were kids hanging out in the garage, constantly coming & going, etc. It's not an age-discrimination thing, but had I known what sort of building it was, I would have found something else.

The apartment-room itself was decent & smelled like straight bleach & cleaning products when we walked in, but there were scuffs & dirt-marks on the walls. And everything in it & all the decor is cheap, like that college-line of products they sell at Walmart. It looked much better online than it actually does. And the beds were sooo uncomfortable; like laying on boxes. It was just not what I expected AT ALL, especially for the price! I'm grateful that they gave me $50 back but I definitely deserved more.

Great parking, location, easy check in and checkout. Would be a great location for visiting events at the AT@T stadium.
We stayed two nights for a birthday trip. Centrally located between Dallas and Ft. worth. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Always a good property to stay at when visiting downtown Arlington, Texas.

I had a great stay! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The highlight was definitely the amazing view of AT&T Stadium—perfect for any sports fan. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Anytime I come to the Arlington area I stay with Kasa because they never disappoint!!! The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful.
