Le personnel est d’une gentillesse inégalable, bienveillant, attentionné, nous avons passé un merveilleux moment.
Les chambres sont magnifiques, très bien équipées.
Le cadre magnifique.
Le petit déjeuner est très complet et délicieux.

Pros:

Très belles vacances dans un très bel endroit.

La localisation de l’hôtel qui est proche de toutes les commodités - la gentillesse du personnel - la mise à disposition des kayak et Padel gratuitement - la petite plage de sable - la chambre spacieuse avec balcon

Cons:

Le refus d’organiser le transfert entre le port maritime et l’hôtel. Le manque de propreté dans la chambre. Les cheveux étaient toujours présents après les nettoyages. Inadmissible pour la qualité de cet établissement. Le manque d’organisation pour le petit déjeuner et notamment pour les omelettes - l’absence de réactivité du desk office dans les échanges écrits.

Pros:

The hotel is very well located and close to Moorea’s shopping area with cafes and restaurants nearby as well.

A car rental company the hotel works with was just opposite from the resort making access to a rental car or bike very convenient.

Staff was very friendly and the beach and lagoon area were nice and clean.

Cons:

Arranging for a taxi pickup upon arrival did not work as well as we had hoped. We sent the hotel requests for pickup two days ahead of our arrival and there was no response. There were also no taxis at the airport (April 19) so we were stuck there until we managed to get through to the hotel via phone call.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Staff was super friendly and accommodating..
The premium Bungalows are wonderful for watching the sun set with a bottle of wine.

Kayaks and paddle boards were fun.
We'll definitely stay again if we come back to Moorea

Cons:

Nothing we really didn't like. Everything was good.
The breakfast buffet was a little pricey and limited but convenient when it was time to leave.

Local restaurants are better and a short walk.
Definitely recommend Caramel In and Moz for breakfast.

Esta bien ubicado. La comida es buena. Tiene un acuario a cielo abierto hermoso y con muchas especies. Se puede realizar Snorkel. La piscina es espectacular.

Cons:

En las habitaciones hay mucho ruido. Hacen el aseo tarde. Nos llamaron mucho por cosas innecesarias.

A relaxing and secluded feel close to everything
Pros:

Location! Walking distance to do many great shops and restaurants. I drove around the entire island and was grateful to have access to so much. Great happy hour prices and excellent snorkeling right on the property. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

As a solo female traveler, I did not like how we were shown the property. We were given a tour to our rooms with other groups, including announcing our room numbers out loud.

Beautiful Resort ..
Pros:

Location, smoking g right from the beach, easy walk to town, and activities

Cons:

We stayed two nights in overwater bungalow, lively, then two nights in beach bungalow, also lovely, except no coffee maker, only tea. When we asked if we could get a coffee maker, we're toldtbeyareonly available to over water bungalows. 😪
